Overlooking the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, you'll find fresh updates including new shiplapped walls, fresh paint, fresh linens, and updated décor. It sleeps 4, features two queen beds with new Casper hybrid mattresses, a full kitchen, full bathroom, Keurig coffee maker, smart TV, USB ports throughout for work or study, walk-in closet for hanging/storage, luggage racks, and iron/ironing board. As a special "thanks" for booking Salty Turtles® Beachfront III, a daily set of beach lounge chairs with umbrella (available March-October ~ $50/day value) is included during your stay at no additional charge! Top of the Gulf is conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment including Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop, Beach Pizza, Hammerhead Fred's, Pineapple Willy's, Alvin's Island, and Signal Hill Golf Course.

The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present for the duration of the stay. The resort charges a one-time $30 fee upon arrival for one parking pass plus wristbands. Maximum occupancy is FOUR (regardless of age) and will be strictly enforced; any attempt to bring in more people is cause for cancellation/eviction without refund . No pets, smoking, visitors, or parties allowed. We recommend purchasing travelers insurance upon booking.
