    Bienvenido a nuestra hermosa casa recién amueblada y bien equipada. Ubicado a 60 pies de la playa caminando hacia Carillon Beach, encontrará nuestra casa de playa diseñada a medida, perfecta para los amantes de la playa y las familias que les gusta relajarse. Ofrecemos el mejor valor para familias y grupos grandes y tenemos una gran piscina PRIVADA, un hermoso jardín y una parrilla familiar
    Aunque probablemente querrá estar afuera la mayor parte del tiempo absorbiendo el hermoso entorno de la playa, la casa está configurada con televisores de pantalla plana, con reproductor de CD y DVD, perfecto para un día lluvioso o WIFI gratuito.

    Primer piso: cocina con encimeras de granito y taburetes y el comedor con mesa y 6 sillas. La gran sala de estar cuenta con sofás, sillones y un sofá cama Queen. El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el primer piso y tiene una cama King size y bañera de hidromasaje, además de una ducha de pie. Hay un amplio vestidor. La lavadora y la secadora también se encuentran en este piso.

    Segundo piso: hay 3 habitaciones separadas, cada una con una cama King size y baño completo. ¡Dos de las habitaciones tienen ventanas grandes que dan al Golfo! El quinto dormitorio es apto para niños con 2 literas separadas y una cama nido, también con baño completo.

This was beautiful and very well maintained. Full bathrooms in every bedroom is helpful with multiple families. The manager was super helpful and top of any questions i had. The area is perfect for a little lower key traffic. Short walk to the beach. Pool was a lil small but so are most others in the area. I highly recommend this home. Only suggestion i have is to bring essentials such as garbage bags, plates, utensils, toilet paper, and paper towel. Supply was limited or not available. I dont know if that is standard.

We loved our stay here at “sunnyside”. Very short walk to the beach. The home is beautiful and fit our large family perfectly.

This was our third or fourth time at this house. The house has a great layout and wonderful location. These are why we like the house. The lock wasn’t working correctly upon arrival The owner sent someone the next day to fix it. The bathrooms in each bedroom are another reason we like this house. However, we were very disappointed in the condition of the plumbing. One bathroom had a bathtub that took four days to drain. That made it unusable. Another bathroom sink faucet leaked water all over counter when on. And a leak in this bathroom tub/shower leaked into the kitchen ceiling so heavy we and to use pots to catch the water resulting in another unusable bathroom. The powder room toilet ran the entire week. Again, the owner responded to emails and sent someone to survey the issues but nothing was fixed Hopefully the house can get back in good shape. Until this visit it has been good for our families to use.

This is our third year to stay in this house. We have 12-14 every year and it fits us comfortably!! Communication with the owner is always quick and friendly. The pool is small but great for our kiddos. The house is just a few steps across the road to beach access. We really enjoy staying here and especially love the area because it’s much less busy than the condos in PCB!! Highly recommend a stay here!

You can see the beach from the balcony. There are 2 publix beach walkways within a block either way. For a Christmas present my husband got the family together. Myself, my husband, our son, daughter in law and 5 of our grandchildren ranging in age from 8 to 14 stayed in the house. 5 bedrooms each bedroom has a bathroom. 4 king beds and 2 bunk beds. Plenty of room for eating and playing games. We had our 2 dogs as well.

Excellent location, easy short walk to the beach. home was very spacious and the pool was used quite a bit. Any issues were quickly resolved by the property owner and his response time was excellent.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the beach. Perfect weather. Property could use some updates and new patio furniture that’s why I didn’t give it a 5 star. But the property owner was very receptive and addressed all of our issues.

Great location & we loved the house

The house had everything we needed. The location was great, it is right across from the beach entrance that offered plenty of privacy. We didn’t use the pool with the beach being so close but it looked great. Would definitely recommend for a group of friends or family. Next trip we hope to stay longer.

Labor Day Vacation

We have stayed in the property three years in a row for our annual Labor Day family vacation. We have 14 people, and we are always comfortable with plenty of space. The house is always clean and inviting and beautifully decorated. Communication with the owner is always quick and easy. We were able to meet the owner, Nadir, this trip and he and his wife were super gracious and friendly. We look forward to staying again next year!
