Includes 2 FREE sets of seasonal beach service 4 padded lounge chairs (4 chairs total) and 2 large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, up to a $80/day $480/week value for no extra charge. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo.

This Marisol unit is a roomy 4 bedroom beachfront condo that provides a great backdrop for a family fun vacation. There are no other 4 bedroom condos in Panama City Beach with the size and layout like this one.

But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.


Every room in this unit is special. The living room well appointed. It features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The photos show how roomy and comfortable the living area is. Plenty of room for the whole family. It has a large flat screen 55" HDTV.

The open gourmet KITCHEN area is well equipped and gives you great views. Plus, it features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing mac and cheese for the kids you’ve got everything you need to please the family.


The DINING AREA comfortably seats 6 plus 4 at the breakfast bar and offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.


The MASTER SUITE features luxurious KING bed and private bath. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. You’ll notice the large 40” flat screen TV that makes for great viewing when you’re relaxing after an activity filled day in Panama City Beach. You can step out onto the balcony from the MASTER SUITE which is really nice.


The SECOND MASTER is equally well appointed with a KING as well. And plenty of space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. This large bedroom is a great hideaway with lots and lots of room. There’s also a large 40” flat screen TV in this large SUITE.


The THIRD BEDROOM is equipped with a twin size bunkbed. PLUS an additional QUEEN SIZE BED. This bedroom can sleep a couple in the queen size bed plus 2 more in the twin/twin bunk bed. It has a 32" large flat screen tv.


The 4TH BEDROOM or very large efficiency suite has a KING SIZE bed. It has an en Suite large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. It has a 50" large flat screen tv.


The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.


These bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofas allow the unit to easily sleep 12 comfortably including 3 complete baths.

Living room furniture has a lot of stains. Mold In laundry washing machine and in dishwasher. Only one hand towel in each bath and only one dishcloth and towel in kitchen. Rooms are nice size. Three full bathrooms were very nice.

We loved the first floor location. The view was spectacular. The host was helpful with all questions. Our only negative was the air wouldn’t cool the unit below 72 during the day but the extra fans helped.

Overall great place to stay. Easy check in/out process and nice condo, great for a big group! Great location as well. The ONLY downside was all three showers had mildew spots all in them and all over the shower heads, that’s why I’m giving it 4/5 starts, otherwise it would be 5/5!

Horrible & Nasty

We can say with 100% certainty, we will never stay there again. We rented a 4 bedroom because we have multiple couples. It only comes with two parking passes, so my husband and I had to park down the street and pay an extra 84.00. Every time we needed to go somewhere, we had to walk quite a ways to get to the truck. When we had to unload and load back up, it was pretty difficult. I’m not real sure how they expect someone traveling with all of their things to do that. There isn’t even a load zone and the actual parking lot is so small. Now to the disgusting inside..the furniture is so nasty. I understand it is a rental property and it will get dirty, but the way things were inside is unacceptable. I will start off with the most disgusting thing first, which was a pillow on my husband’s side of the bed that had somebody else’s blood on it. How gross and unsanitary! Next was the disgusting living room furniture, the nasty bedding, the balcony door that would barley open and close, the shared bathroom doors that wouldn’t lock, the broken closet door, the broken chair, the bedroom window leading to the hall where the light shines on your face all night and lights the whole room up, and I could go on and on…

nice place right on the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The room on the side that faces Front Beach Rd is very noisy from the traffic. I suggest putting heavy sleepers in that room or take a sound machine to try to drown it out. The furniture was a little stained and could us a clean. Beds were comfortable, that was a big deal. Kids had plenty of room to play. The air went out in the Suite on the Front Beach side and we had to sleep with it 78 degrees. They could not get anyone out until the next day. The techs were very nice and got it fixed for us the next afternoon. Bathrooms are big and the water pressure was great. The 4 chairs and umbrellas were definitely a plus and they were set up for us everyday with no issue.

We enjoyed the condo and location to restaurants and entertainment. I will absolutely recommend and likely returnI do have some cleaning suggestions for management. The shower, shower heads and faucets need deep cleaning as mold was visible. The floors are in need of an actual mopping, I believe the cleaning crew is sweeping only.

Spring Break 2025

Property was ok- not fond of exterior entrance not locking, toothpaste on walls, couch was not very clean, can not do small loads in washer/dryer, spring break crowd was no joke and location was still effected by the hoodlums, we had issues with ppl throwing things on balcony, running and yelling down hall, loud music, horns honking, pool is not heated, by far not our fave, we will not be returning def during spring break! Jets in front master do not work well.layout was nice and spacious, we reported fire alarm waking us at 5a and maintence was at condo in 20mins to fix the issue.

Spring break

This was a great place to stay. Directly on the beach. Having the chairs already saved on the beach was a plus! Very clean. Only con was no beach towels included at condo. Did have good dishes, pans and skillets. Great having our own parking place right by elevators with over flow parking right across the street for our extra car. We would stay here again!

Condo was ok. The door to entry was terrible open. A few lights bulbs were not working and the 2 doors between walk way had to be opened at all times or it locked and if you weren’t in that part you would be locked out because there was no slot cards to open them. The location was good . The view from balcony was fantastic. Also the tvs were not working correctly. No directions on how to work them.

PCB Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The condo had easy accessibility to the beach and to the pool. There were walkable to breakfast and lunch spots. Unfortunately, one of the king bed frames was broken when we arrived. Had to stack some books up under the bed to prop it up. Property manager came by and said they needed to find a new frame, but nothing was done about it during our week long stay. Overall we had a pleasant stay!
