  • Construido en 1956 justo en la playa en el hermoso Alligator Point, esta casa tiene el encanto de una cabaña en la playa del Viejo Florida. Gracias a una renovación completa en 2009, cuenta con todas las comodidades modernas. Esta casa es perfecta para una pareja que busca una escapada romántica pero tiene suficiente espacio para algunos niños. A very well maintained 1950's bungalow, Super clean. The host responded to our questions quickly and repaired a water leak outside the house. His dad built the house, and I enjoyed hearing about its beginning. Very private and a wonderful white sand beach. We savored each sunset from the elevated deck. A wonderful place to get away. We will return.

The property was clean and tidy. Kitchen was amply supplied. The view is outstanding! Great place to visit, very comfortable. Host was very pleasant. Gas up and bring groceries. Thank you for sharing your beach house!

We love the quiet area. The fishing was good.We have stayed there several times and keep coming back. We had everything we needed.You look out the back and see the water. Easy access to beach. Watching dolphins was good too.

Beautiful beach house

This place was amazing! The beach is right out the back door. It's clean, quiet and the landscaping provides privacy. We absolutely loved this place and want to go back.

Cutest little beach front cottage with amazing view.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this cute, clean, beachfront house with amazing view. Very comfortable and very well stocked.

Another Great Stay

We love this cottage! It is always clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the bed is oh so comfy! The outdoor space is amazing and the location is so serene.

Vacation Stay

Great area as its more of a private stay compared to other parts of Flordia. It was nice being directly on the beach and we loved the raised platform to lounge on. We visited multiple nearby towns that had plenty of places to eat all around a 30 minute scenic drive.

Peaceful and lovely

This was my second stay at Somewhere in the Sun. Even on Memorial Day weekend, Alligator Point was peaceful and uncrowded. The little house is as charming, comfortable and lovingly cared for as ever. I will be back.

Fall beach getaway

Secluded beach cottage.Clean, with every thing we needed.Very nice property.Loved the trees and the view from the back deck could not be beat.We would like to get back out next fall.The inside shower could use a new shower head assembly is the only item that could be improved on.Alligator Point is a peaceful beach community.

Wonderful beach house

This beach house is perfect in every way, I could not have asked for a better place to spend 2 weeks with my dogs. It has everything that you need for a perfect beach vacation. Everything was amazing, the deck, outdoor shower, location, the host, everything. I would go back there next time I want to stay at a beach house.
