Greet the day with a renewed sense of optimism when you wake up to the tranquil bay setting. Drink your morning coffee and watch the fish jump and the birds fly over the water. The local wildlife is truly breathtaking. After a day at the beach, spend your evenings cooking dinner and relaxing while playing pool. The sunsets are something to truly marvel at as you relax your day away.

Great local fishing available for trout, flounder, redfish, and spanish mackerel. Fish offshore for grouper, amberjack, cobia and snapper. Bald Point State Park is a located just around the corner. Golf at Wildwood, or St. James Bay, just 15 minutes away.

Game room has a pool table that is connected to the kitchen and very spacious. Comfortably sleeps 4 people.

Lovely setting by the bay

We enjoyed and needed this respite from the hustle and bustle of life. The property was beautiful and such a peaceful setting overlooking the bay and the marsh. We brought our kayak and enjoyed paddling up the little inlet and out into the bay. The dog enjoyed the stay as well. The fenced in front yard was convenient. The home was comfortable and clean.

Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Close to all necessary business. Porter's cafe has good seafood. This property is great for pets fenced front. Host very quick to responded to any questions. Enjoyed our stay Mary

Quiet, relaxing stay!

We love Alligator Point and love staying at Fritz Carlton. The location of the house is perfect for us... away from hustle and bustle, yet within short driving distance to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Adam is the perfect host. If there is an issue, he immediately addresses it. While the house is not fancy or ornate, it is exactly what you should expect in a beach house. Perfectly furnished and a well stocked kitchen. We love it! And, will be going back soon! This was our 3rd stay with Adam as our host. We had 2 weeks reserved, but a family emergency caused us to leave 3 days early. Adam was more than understanding and offered sincere compassion for our emergency. We've stayed in VRBO properties many times and, while all our hosts have been nice, I've got to say that Adam is the best!

Nice and cozy with a beautiful view

Very nice place, the as a beach cottage type feel on the marsh overlooking the bay. Beautiful views from sunrise to sunset. Very peaceful and quiet! Great get away.

Great stay

This property is exactly as advertised. It is true "old Florida". The house was spotlessly clean and larger than expected. It is set up to be comfortable and there was everything that we needed . The bed linens and towels were good quality and there were plenty of towels provided. In all, the physical set up was great. The area and the view from the back deck are beautiful and SO peaceful. Birds singing and mullet splashing in the water are the primary sounds that are heard. It is very relaxing. The host is easily available to answer questions. We are planning a return trip.

Most Beautiful peaceful setting

My husband and I with our two dogs stayed for two weeks at Adam’s cottage. The setting was exactly what we were looking for on alligator point Harbor Bay. The cottage was simple, comfortable and clean. Everything we needed. This is the place for beautiful sunset. Star gazing, birdwatching, quiet relaxing on the water. Adam was a great host. We would easily recommend this place to our friends and family, especially those who love oysters, shrimp, and soft blue crabs. we ourselves are probably probably revisitcrabs, and shrimp. This is it.

Seclusion with Serenity

My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay at this property and house. The house was very clean and spacious, and the daily views were absolutely fabulous along with the sunsets that were right outside of the back door! The property is also close to several of the state parks in that area which also added to the beauty of this trip. Adam the host of the house was available by text to answer any questions we may have had during our stay. The house and location of this property exceeded our expectation.

Authentic Old Florida beauty

I spent a peaceful, beautiful month in this special spot. Every day was gazing at wildlife from the deck or the big picture windows, overlooking the lagoon. Most every night was a picture perfect sunset. Within an hour, and right next door, are many state parks and wildlife refuges. The house was well furnished, great wifi, and very safe. There are many unique towns nearby to explore. Thanks so much to the owner for sharing this beautiful spot.

Relax Time

We arrived around 6 pm and everything was just perfect..this is a very quiet neighborhood..with a beautiful view of Alligator Harbor..you are just minutes from the beach and close enoughto Carrabelle and Panacea and fine dining..the back deck was the perfect place to sit and chat and enjoy the view and serenity..definitely will be back..

Relaxing Vacation

I have to say this is the most beautiful view from right outside your living room chair looking at the bay canal. We absolutely enjoyed our weeks stay with local shopping, eating some of the finest seafood meals from the local restaurants that were only a short drive from the house. The red fishing was also great! Catching our limits each day we stayed was an extra bonus ! The Fritz Carolton is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with all of the amenities you need to make your stay enjoyable down to the cleanliness of the house with comfortable beds , Wi-Fi , Roku tv and lots of room for families to feel comfortable and not cramped for space to seeing wildlife daily. We really enjoy staying at the Fritz Carolton , Adam is a wonderful host with answering questions promptly and making our stay perfect! We would recommend his place to others looking for a relaxing vacation and Breathtaking views. Thanks again Adam for a wonderful vacation!! Vicki, Kentucky

Quiet place with a nice breeze

Deck in the mornings and afternoons was awesome. During the day it was extremely hot but we did go and see a lot. The aquarium in Panacea was very good, Wakulla Springs and boat ride was very enjoyable. We tried several beaches and like Shell Point the best. Found good seafood, did not cook much but everything was very nice.

Quiet adventure

We loved staying here for the quiet environment it provided, as well as the proximity to the state park for bike riding and fishing. We brought our kayaks and were and to get right in without packing and unpacking every time we wanted to go out. It was clean and Adam provided more than enough towels and paper goods. Waking up to that view and sitting on the deck with a cool breeze blowing were my favorite parts of our stay!

Fritz Carlton is perfect!

My family and I stayed for a week at the Fritz Carlton and absolutely loved it! The view out the back is absolutely beautiful! The fenced in yard was perfect for our 2 dogs! The kitchen, rooms, and family room were just perfect! We loved our stay, and would definitely recommend it, and also stay again! :)

Secluded Beach Stat

If you want a place to stay close to several beaches, but do not want to be in the middle of everything, this is your place. Pet friendly is a big plus with a fenced in front yard and mostly fenced in back yard. My family enjoyed our stay here.

Total Relaxation

The home is exactly as shown. We've stayed in Alligator Point several times and love the quiet, peacefulness of the area. Adam's home is perfect for those of us who vacation with our fur babies. While the home is not fancy, it is a very comfortable home that offers all the amenities one could want. We will certainly be coming back for our Spring vacation next year.
