    "La Reserva IV" is a tastefully furnished terraced house spanning 92 m2 across 2 levels, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the property features a bright and welcoming living and dining room equipped with a digital TV and air conditioning, which opens directly onto the patio and provides access to the swimming pool. A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level, alongside a separate WC. The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms: the first bedroom is fitted with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, complemented by a private bath and WC as well as air conditioning. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a fan for ventilation. The third bedroom is equally appointed with 2 single beds of the same dimensions, also with a fan. A shared bath and WC serves the second and third bedrooms on this floor.
