"This was the best rental we've ever stayed at. Been staying at rental properties for well over a decade and this was the best of the bunch. Photos and listing are extremely accurate and they are actually well stocked with what they list. First rental I've seen have extra crib sheets for a pack n play, plethora of paper towels, Tupperware for leftovers, bug spray and sun screen .... the list goes on. They even had a spare propane tank which we used when the gas fireplace ran out making smores...

"Over all our stay was nice; we only stayed two nights and it was a little more space than a hotel and the kitchen was nice to have. There aren’t many linens provided; the guest room with the trundle had two thin standard bed pillows. I might recommend bringing a pillow if you like multiples or something a little loftier. We were also only able to find one towel for the kitchen (more of a hand towel vs dish drying towel) and we never did find hot mitts or hot pads.. so removing a pizza from...

"It was fine. There were a couple of things that were a little bit out of order. They were open containers of food in the pantry and a damp towel hanging in the bathroom, like it was drying and used recently. Besides that all is well."

"This well-kept home is located in a quiet, newer area with quick access to main roads that easily take you to any destination in the area. The king-size bed that we slept in was very comfortable. (Not many VRBOs offer two bathrooms and a king-size bed!). "

"The home was very welcoming and located within walking distance to everything we needed. Big Grove Brewery and McGrath Amphitheatre."

"We had 6 adults and plenty of room with the two living areas. Outdoor fire pit was a favorite end of day gathering spot. "

"Stayed for a few days to combine a mini vacation while visiting family in the area. Very relaxing vibe looking out on the river/lake. We had some family over for a BBQ and it was a good setup for that. Kitchen had the basics. A few maintenance issues but hosts were communicative. I enjoyed the few days of R&R. I am familiar with the area but North Liberty has grown a lot and has a lot to offer nearby, or it's a short trip to Iowa City. "

"Our stay at this beautiful home was incredible! It was well stocked with all the essentials we needed for our trip to attend our son and daughter in laws wedding on 5-30-25! Location was excellent! Everything from the quiet setting to the bedrooms and their comfortable beds was an extra bonus! Our son and his beautiful bride work for Iowa University and plan on living in Iowa City for many years and we plan on staying at this home in the future to enjoy a holiday or two with our growing...
