"Very old hotel! Broken glass in parking lot which obviously means someone had broken into a vehicle! The floor we were on had a plastic sheet to cover a door way to the outside where there should have been a door! Way over priced for this hotel!"

"I was a little skeptical about the hotel because others in the same area have let me down but this one was nice! The receptionists were welcoming. The hallways smelt good. The room was clean and so was the pool! The balcony view was ok.. you can’t really see the beach unless you stick your head out the balcony 😅 the Texas waffles were our favorite. Our first morning there we were greeted by Ms. Holly and she was amazing! Definitely plan on staying again 🌊⛱️"

"Room was okay, basically you get what you pay for. Breakfast was yuck! Parking was good but no elevators. Check your rooms well before unloading. First room they put me in had a broken lock. Second room my key and theirs wouldn’t work to open it. 3rd was okay but has water damage on the ceiling. Beds were comfy. Didn’t see bugs, I would say if you like sleeping in a dark room this hotel isn’t for you. Th shutters they have don’t block the outside walkway lights."

"The staff were really nice and friendly. The guest dryer was broken so they would take our wet clothes and dry them for us. The breakfast was really good but it would have been nice if they would switch it up some instead of serving exact same thing every morning (we were there 3 mornings). We did kill a few roaches in the room! And the entire hallway smelled like weed because someone at the end of the hall was enjoying themselves. The lady working went and told the guest they had to leave but...

"Pool bar and staff were fantastic! “Key” was so kind, young man at front desk was also very kind. Balcony view room had no chairs for us to sit on. They “ran” out, had to roll out the desk chair and share among the 3 of us. Pool was nice but is shared with people that buy passes to swim there but are not staying. Got very crowded at times. Loved that it’s across the street from the Seawall tho. Super comfy beds!"

So spacious and comfortable and perfect view!
The young man with the longer kinda curly hair was outstanding as a check-in clerk. He deserves some praise and with that, a little bit of a raise.))
Seriously, booking a room from the parking lot, drive-up, already being there, was an excellent experience! Nice, really nice!"

"When you get a room with kitchenette none of the kitchenware is in the room. They dont tell you that you have to put a deposit on the kitchenware in the details when booking. They tell you after you paid for the room and when you walk in the room you see it's not there . Customer service is horrible when you call to file a complaint. Never again will I stay there"
