"Great breakfast. Room was clean and tidy. Staff was very kind. Pool area could use some TLC. Broken loungers and lack of seating in general. Exhaust system for temp control could use some attention to."

"We had a nice stay! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Definitely, would stay again! We had dinner at Stadium neighborhood bar and grill! Good food and great atmosphere."

"Girls met here for long weekend. This is an older home updated. We didn’t do any cooking basically just slept there. Kitchen appears well stocked. It’s winter in Iowa, so parking of vehicles is required to be in the alley. Plenty of room for our vehicles Owner great to work with; very quick to respond ..."
