Villa Africa Chic Luxury retreat with private pool

Villa with three rooms for 6 adults (can accommodate one extra child and one baby), overlooking the Golf Course in Arrábida Golf Resort | Palmela Village (4 **** Touristic Resort).

Lovely open plan detached modern villa, inserted into a relaxing condominium with golf course (18 holes), restaurant and 24/7 security, located 35 km south to Lisbon, 20 minutes from beaches under the Arrabida Natural Park, and close to the wine estate of Azeitão.

The villa has a private garden and pool, barbecue, and inside the villa 220 sqm of a pure luxury retreat for you and your family, including 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 80sqm living and dinning room, TV, and WIFI. One downstairs bedroom (king size bed), one upstairs bedroom (2 twin bed + 1 sofa / bed that can accommodate 1 children) and and amazing en-suite bedroom (queen size bed) with walk-in closet. Extra baby cot available.

Guests will have access to the entire property which is large (220sqm!) and very comfortable. Swimming pool (unheated) is for your sole private use.

We had a truly wonderful week at this beautiful villa in Portugal. The house is stunning! Elegantly designed and tastefully furnished with a real sense of comfort and style. Some of our favourite parts were the well-equipped kitchen, the enormous living room with breathtaking natural light and the outdoor pool; we actually found ourselves preferring to stay in and cook rather than go out as the house is so beautiful and welcoming that no one wanted to leave. The space is calm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. That said, there were a couple of issues that we feel are important to mention. The wooden pool deck, unfortunately, hasn’t been maintained properly and caused quite a bit of discomfort. Several of us ended up with splinters in our feet, and one day turned into a bit of a drama when my son got ten splinters—removing them was not easy and quite distressing. This area really needs some attention and oiling to make it safe for barefoot use.Despite this hiccup, the villa is truly a gem and we would love to return, especially once the pool deck has been refurbished. Thank you for a memorable stay! We are totally in love with Portugal.

Maison conforme à l’annonce, mais avec des équipements un peu vieillissant. La région est très agréable et avec de nombreuses activités proposées. Le site de la villa est dans un ancien village de golf qui à fermé et est donc depuis dépourvu de toutes infrastructures un véhicule est donc indispensable.

Tres mauvais emplacement. Maison magnifique mais je ne recommande pas à cause de l environnement

On est loin de tous. La maison est dans un lotissement a côté d immeubles et donnant sur un terrain vague defraichi.

Sejour a la villa africaine

Tres beau logement. Maison très agreable et lumineuse. Beaucoup de choses à faire dans les environs. Petit bemol mais qui a peu d importance le grand lit se trouve en bas et non dans la suite patentale. Mais la literie est fantastique. A y retourner sans hesitation !

Que du bonheur…

Comme sur les photos : la maison est décorée avec goût et tout le nécessaire est à disposition pour se sentir comme à la maison. Elle est située dans une résidence au calme tout en étant proche des plus belles plages d’Arrábida. Quelques problèmes d’eau chaude, résolus rapidement grâce à la disponibilité de Ricardo et Andreia. Merci à tous pour ce séjour inoubliable en famille 😊

We had a perfect week at this nice house, everything was as explained in the information about the house. Help and support from the owner was quick and very good. Of course, you need a car to get around, but then you will be able to visit everything within max. one hour. For a family with children it’s a perfect place.

Amazing property, and perfect hosts

We had a fantastic stay, made easy by our lovely hosts Jose & Luisa, who were always accommodating & responsive to any questions. The property is superb, just like the photos: very spacious, well-decorated, and easy to operate. Everything was very comfortable, from beds to showers to the kitchen. We would definitely recommend.

Depois de um ano de trabalho, e este não foi um ano fácil… chegaram as merecidas férias. Beautiful house in a gated community

We stayed at this house for a full week and really enjoyed it. The owners greeted us themselves and showed us around in the house - they were super helpful, very kind and offered us any kind of support we might need. The property is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with anything a traveller could require. Located in a gated community the house sits by a (currently inoperational) golf course, which provides a nice running and walking trail at the moment. For longer runs, walks and mountaibiking there are many trails in surrounding the area. Thanks again to Luisa and Jose for letting us stay at their beutiful house!

Fantastic relaxing stay

What a truly lovely house! Everything was provided for a relaxing stay and even though the golf course on which it is located, is now none operational that made it even more peaceful. The house, though, is the star and Jose and Luisa could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We will be back!!

Family retreat

I wish we found this property sooner

We have been in Portugal for almost 5 months now and how we wish we found this rental sooner. The hosts (Luisa and Jose) are very accommodating - they helped us book the property longer due to our flight getting cancelled multiple times. The property is like something that came out of a magazine - how we wish we found the homeaway website sooner. The pandemic has driven all of us to the edge of survival, and sadly some us showed true colors of people around us. Me and my family have been very fortunate to have found this property to rent -Luisa and Jose offered us their home when we cant get to ours.

Idéalement centré : 30mn Lisbonne, 20 mn Sesimbra, 15 mn Sétubal (et sa liaison vers Troia Comporta).... Maison très agréable, spacieuse et décoré avec beaucoup de gout, il ne manque rien Seul bémol elle est situé sur un golf qui à fermé cette hiver

Lisbon’s riviera

The property is set within a gated community of similar properties - very well designed. Most properties have pools and a feeling of privacy. The house is well provisioned with all needed to enjoy the property whether using the kitchen or local beaches. Every one in our group of six loved the property which felt spacious and luxurious. Louisa offered us a late check out which was a further boon as we got to enjoy the pool for an extra day!
