"The management team does an excellent job with communication and responding to issues. The check-in process was very smooth as the team sent detailed information prior to check-in date, which included video instructions. Upon checking in, we noticed the TV and downstairs AC wasn’t working, and someone showed up to reset the breakers within 10 mins. The property is well designed and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again in the future."

"My wife, my two sons, and I absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, close enough to La Fortuna to easily enjoy everything the town has to offer, but far enough away to feel peaceful and relaxing. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and hot tub, which were a huge highlight. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic and made the entire experience effortless from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The place is amazing. Host communicates really well, had a couple minor issues with AC controls and WiFi the were fixed very quickly. Location is amazing. Lots of complimentary free stuff (eg disposable ponchos) host left for us. Bonus - pretty good bird watching from balcony. Book with confidence."

"Beautiful property in a fantastic location. Views of the volcano and surrounding areas, walking distance to a number of amenities and restaurants, easy to access all the activities we wanted to do.The only thing to mention is a bit of road noise but earplugs are provided so I used those. No-one else in my family needed them at all. Also there is building work going on in front of the property which wasn’t mentioned. They didn’t start until after 8am and finished by 6pm so it didn’t bother us...

"Off the beaten path, which is OK, but there is no signage that you are entering the right road. The TV was missing from the bedroom. Couldn’t get our apps to work on the tv in the living room. Shower had some rotting trim. Ethernet cable were just run dangling along the walls. It was clean, and conveniently located between Quepos and Manuel Antonio."

"Checking into the property was simple and good instructions were given. The property itself was great. It was spacious, had great amenities like a projector, a spacious bathroom, and even laundry in the apartment. One huge issue we (and our neighbors as well) had was that the advertised hot tub was empty and couldn't be used. This is a huge issue and false advertising that should be addressed by VRBO. The automated messages from the host made it seem like the hot tub was available and working....

"The host was fantastic, the property controlled by the host was amazing! But the duplex partner in unit number two had zero respect for the shared Plumbing system such as the hot water heater and or washer and dryer shared by number one. "

"We had an excellent stay at this property. Everything was just as advertised and pictured. The property was extremely clean and we received a complimentary touch up cleaning during our stay. All staff were fast, friendly and efficient. The host’s were extremely responsive to any questions or inquiries we had. In addition, they have created an informative guide with a series of recommendations for restaurants, bars, sodas, shopping, tours etc. It was really appreciated and took a lot of the guess...

"This is a small house consisting of a single spacious room (or you could say a very open floor plan) with two queen beds, a kitchen and a dining area. The front of the house has a large outside covered area extending over the driveway, which is convenient for loading/unloading the car, especially during the rainy season. The property location is very convenient to many restaurants as well as hiking areas and hot springs/spas. The photo of the property shows a great view of the Arenal Volcano. ...
