    Esta casa de mediados de siglo se encuentra en el popular barrio de Warm Sands, apreciado por su proximidad al centro de Palm Springs. Remodelada de manera única, esta casa tiene un ambiente informal y sin pretensiones. Retírese detrás de las puertas en un ambiente relajante y sofisticado.

    Su ubicación central es ideal para unas vacaciones relajantes bajo el sol de California, a minutos del centro de Palm Springs, cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, vida nocturna, casino, senderismo y el teleférico.

    Relájese junto a la piscina admirando la impresionante montaña de San Jacinto a 10.800 pies sobre el suelo del valle. Disfrute de dos por uno: descanse junto a la piscina y el spa y descanse en la hamaca rodeada por un jardín frontal amurallado. O disfrute de la cómoda área de descanso al aire libre en el tranquilo y verde patio trasero, a la sombra de un enorme y viejo árbol de Mesquite.

    Esta casa es ideal para entretener a los huéspedes, con una vida de planta abierta en su mejor momento, con una gran cocina contemporánea cómoda abierta a la sala, comedor y áreas al aire libre. Contempla el tranquilo y tranquilo patio trasero a través de una pared de vidrio, mientras la hermosa luz del desierto inunda la casa. La sala de estar se compone de áreas de descanso íntimas, que se centran en el patio trasero, la chimenea o la piscina. 

    La cocina es el corazón de esta casa, donde puedes cocinar deliciosas comidas y estar siempre en el centro de la actividad. Es un gran lugar para cocinar y entretener a sus amigos y familiares. La cocina está abierta a todas las áreas de estar y al aire libre y cuenta con encimeras de cuarzo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, una gama Viking, lavaplatos, microondas, cafetera Nespresso (no se incluyen vainas), cafetera de goteo, exprimidor de nutribullet, tostadora, licuadora y todo Las herramientas necesarias para preparar comidas gourmet. 

    La mejor vida interior / exterior de Palm Springs con fácil acceso a patios al aire libre para descansar o cenar. El comedor trasero al aire libre tiene capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente.

    Hay 3 dormitorios, cada uno con una cama queen size y grandes ventanales con acceso directo al exterior. Las habitaciones tienen camas con plataforma Modani, con colchones de espuma viscoelástica. De estilo japonés, son bajos y, como tales, no son los más adecuados para aquellos con problemas de espalda o aquellos que tienen problemas para pararse desde una cama baja. El principal tiene un baño en suite, y las otras dos habitaciones comparten un baño remodelado. Todas las habitaciones tienen su propio acceso directo a los jardines, con sus propios mini patios.

    Gran televisor inteligente LED HD con DirecTV con HBO, Showtime, Netflix, Amazon Prime y HULU disponibles, así como un reproductor de DVD Blue Ray. Internet de alta velocidad y un iMac desbloqueado con más de 120 GB de música están disponibles para uso de los huéspedes. Se proporcionan lavadora y secadora de gas. Las actualizaciones y mejoras de 2017 incluyen un nuevo jacuzzi y una terraza en la piscina.

Great spot for a weekend getaway

5 of us stayed in this 3 BR house for a 3 day weekend. Great kitchen, pool and spa...heating worked great and much faster than we are used to in some other rentals! Host and greeter were very welcoming. No issues with the property, though some of the exterior could use some updating. The queen beds were a bit on the small side for 2 people, but we are used to king bed at home :)

The property was described accurately.

I wanted to give the home 5 stars, but because the management team does not reply to my messages I am only giving 3 stars. The home was nice and had all amenities. The management and cleaning fees were almost as much as the home rental! I was charged $75 for a pool heating fee. The pool was not heated, nor did we use the jacuzzi (it wasn’t very clean) so there shouldn’t be a heating fee of $75. I’ve sent three messages to the management with no response. Sadly, I’m only disappointed in the customer service of the management.

Needs Some Updates

Overall a good experience. The owner and staff were friendly and the kitchen is great. Everything else needs updating and or replacing. The pool was dirty when we checked in and was turning green by the tail-end of our stay. The owner did get this addressed quickly when I called. The front yard itself is lovely. The deck furniture is adequate but the picnic table needs new paint. Also the gate lock has to be opened by key and there is only one. The code box didn't work. The furniture in the living room is stained and uncomfortable but the TV is big and has a solid Direct TV package and there are a lot of fun art books. The kitchen truly shines and we were able to make some great meals. There is, strangely, a fully grassed backyard that is constantly watered. It was fun to watch the hummingbirds eat the gnats the grass attracted! The grill is back there, and a large glass dining table and some chaises (stained like the other furniture). The grill works well but the lightening isn't adequate for evening dining al fresco. The bathrooms are OK but small, they provided good toiletries, the shower in the master didn't drain well and the faucet was loose. The shower heads need replacing. The bedrooms were fine and the mattresses, pillows and linens comfortable but the beds are way to low to the ground and there are no blackout curtains. We had to hang extra blankets to block out the light at night. Overall the house is fine but for the price it should be better maintained and appointed.

Better then the pictures!

We had a wonderful stay at warm sands over the winter holidays. The house was even more impressive then the pictures. The kitchen is perfect for cooking together with lots of appliances (blenders, coffee makers). If you are looking to do serious cooking you will have to get a little creative with pots/pans and cooking utensils since there is only the bare minimum of these. The gas fire place, hot tub, and pool were perfect for vacationing. We had fresh grapefruit juice and lemons our entire stay, picked daily in the backyard. The lawn was not very useful since it was always wet from the sprinkler system- a turfed backyard would be more useful and utilize a lot less resources. The management company was extremely helpful and responsive. We were able to walk to the aroyo and then downtown easily- the location was perfect for that. Quiet street but close to activities. Over-all highly recommend and hope we can return for future winter visits.

Nice, clean place, tastefully decorated

The property was nice. The property manager met us right when he said he would and was very welcoming. They are very organized with a notebook to walk you through the ins and outs of operating the house. A lot of street noise by the pool with workmen, cars, trucks etc.. And the neighbors are noisy through the fence but you can't even listen to music from your iPhone to drown it out. Also, our plans had changed last minute very drastically and although we came in good faith and honored our stay, the owner wouldn't budge on any money back when we couldn't stay the final night. We come often to Palm Springs and would probably choose an easier, more flexible place. We have found other places we liked better but they were booked this weekend. But this was probably too big of a home for just two people anyway. Beautiful backyard though! And the pool in the front yard is a cool feature.
