Past the gates of The Pond Estate, the city falls away. More than 12 acres of gardens, lawns, and winding paths stretch toward the mountains, with a private pond and stream at the center of it all. Guests often describe the grounds as magical, and if you're lucky, you might spot the swans that return to the pond. The estate is made for big groups, with three distinct homes, 11 bedrooms, and room for up to 20 guests, yet downtown Palm Springs is only about 10 minutes away.

The Hacienda is the heart of the estate. Redesigned by Lala Reimagined and spanning more than 12,700 square feet, it makes an impression from the moment you step into the grand foyer. A towering great room, multiple dining rooms, and a private cinema give everyone a place to settle in, while a covered interior courtyard wraps around a large water feature and leads to two of the home's suites. The Hacienda has five bedrooms in all, three of them suites. The primary suite is the one guests remember: an ensuite with a soaking tub, sauna, and steam room, a door straight into the home gym, and direct access to the indoor pool and hot tub. Several terraces open off the house for slow mornings and long dinners outdoors.

Across the grounds, the Tennis House (you'll know it by its pink exterior) adds more than 4,100 square feet of sunlit space with tiled floors and wood-beamed ceilings. Its three ensuite bedrooms sit alongside a large living and dining room with a dedicated bar area, and its namesake tennis court is right outside.

Set at the edge of its namesake lawn, the Great Lawn House (or Casita) brings nearly 2,000 more square feet and three ensuite bedrooms, including one especially roomy suite. It's a good fit for anyone who wants a little distance from the action. With 10 full and 4 half baths across the three homes, mornings stay easy even with a full house.

Beyond the homes, the estate has the kind of shared spaces that turn a stay into an event. The Pool Club pairs a large outdoor pool and spa with shaded lounging areas, a bar, an outdoor kitchen, a dining area that seats a crowd, and an amphitheater-style fire pit for gathering after dark.
