The home has one Master Suite and two guest bedrooms. The Master has a King bed, large closet, rear patio access and ensuite bathroom. The two guest rooms offer Queen beds and custom furnishings. The guest rooms share the hall bathroom which is also easily accessible from the rear patio. The custom baths have glass mosaic accents, Toto toilets, walk-in showers and floating vanities.

Gorgeously appointed living spaces include a well-stocked kitchen with custom horizontal grain cabinets, large work island, waterfall quartz counters, Bosch stainless appliances with counter seating beside additional casual dining for eight. An incredible living room with multi-track sliding glass doors truly opens the inside to the outside; dual-glazed aluminum windows and 24-inch matte white tiles in addition to the corner gas fireplace and window seating. Cozy up on the ample seating for a night time movie around the large flat screen TV with cable.

Wall-length sliding glass doors convert the house into a dynamic indoor/outdoor space, opening onto a full length, poolside dining table that comfortably seats eight. The manicured backyard offers a variety of spaces from the sun-drenched pool and loungers to the soft and shaded outdoor sofa beneath a modern, house-length covered porch. The surrounding lawn leads to a citrus grove featuring a full bocce ball court between the trees and a BBQ grill. A sparkling pool (pool heat is an optional/additional charge. See house rules for additional information) and above ground hot tub finish off the outdoor amenities – all enjoying those beautiful mountain views. Sunrise Park is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

- Pool Heat is optional but available for $59/day; usually appropriate to heat the pool mid-October to late June. Some advertising platforms will have us add pool heat after booking. Feel free to confirm as necessary.
- Where pet(s) are accepted, this is dog(s) only and we cannot host any other kind of animals in our home.
