Security Cameras
Outdoor security cameras are installed and record 24/7 for safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

Noise Policy
Outdoor music is not permitted after 7 PM. Parties, live performances, amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJs, and karaoke are strictly forbidden both indoors and outdoors.

Pet Policy
We welcome pets for a fee of $60 per pet. Please inform us in advance if you’re bringing one. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool.

Spa & Pool Heating Policy

• Spa heating is available for an additional charge with a no minimum day requirement. It operates on a 3-hour timer and will automatically turn off after each cycle.

- October–March: $50/day if pool heating is not requested
- April–September: $25/day if pool heating is not requested

• Pool heating is available for an additional charge with a 2-day minimum requirement:
- $150/day to heat up to 88°F

You can request pool heating at any time—before or during your stay. Please note that it takes at least 24 hours to fully heat the pool.

Check-In/Out
Early check-in or late check-out is available for $30/hour, subject to approval.

No Indoor Smoking
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,000 fine.

Mailbox Access
Guests do not have access to the mailbox on the property.

Pool Equipment
Do not tamper with the pool equipment. Any damages caused by adjustments will result in replacement fees.

Guest Requirements
To ensure security, a government-issued ID and signed rental agreement (via VRBO) are required before check-in.

Assumption of Risk
By booking, you acknowledge responsibility for safe pool and spa use and waive liability for injuries or damages. You accept potential risks, including equipment issues and trip hazards.

This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

As an alternative, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver through a third-party insurance provider:

11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights
Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights
