The sweeping property has exquisite landscaping with a cascading garden pond and grassy yard to play games like corn hole. As you step through the large glass doors of this home, you'll immediately feel welcomed by the contemporary patterns and vibrant colors adorning the indoor space. The large sectional couch, strategically placed in front of the smart TV and gas fireplace, beckons you to cozy up on cool desert nights or relax in style during lazy afternoons. If you prefer more formal gatherings, the seating area is the perfect place for good conversations with friends and family. You'll love cooking up your favorite meals in the fully updated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you'll need. Enjoy a meal in the formal dining room, bathed in ample natural light and imaginative art. With seating for 8, it's the perfect spot for dinner parties and gatherings. The cherry on top is the converted garage, now a den and game room, complete with a ping pong table and ample seating for fun-filled hours with your group. This space provides everything you need to elevate your Palm Springs getaway!



This home sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 has a king size bed.



Bedroom #4 has 2 twin size beds and patio access.



THINGS TO NOTE:

The home has an additional bathroom with walk-in shower.

Pool heat is available Oct through May for an additional $100 per night and includes spa heat. This is 100% optional, however must be added to all nights due to logistics and utilities involved. Fee is not included in total charges and must be added after booking has been confirmed. Pool heat cannot be added during stay and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Parking space for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway.

The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A quick 10-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway within 15 minutes of the home, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.



Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
