We could not have asked for a more wonderful spot for our friends reunion. Fabulous location, comfortable and cute (and CLEAN) rooms, the pool was perfect for the unexpected heat wave, the parking was more than enough, and Jen communicated very well. No one wanted to leave!!

Excellent property, excellent host

Property was listed 100% accurate. Communication with host was extraordinary! Jen was fantastic to work with. The property is beautiful and in a great location. Plenty of room for a company retreat. Each room was perfect and we had a great space for meetings and social gathering. Pool area was where we ended up at the end of the day! Close to great restaurants and other activities. Woo be back!

Personal Oasis in Palm Springs

We choose this property for a friend's bachelor party. Everyone was blown away by the uniqueness of having the whole complex to yourself. Because of that, our stay was comfortable and relaxing. I also want to mention that Jen was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Thank you again!

50th Birthday Celebration

The property was incredible for seven couples for my 50th birthday. Everyone in our group loved it and we were so happy to have the lounge and fire pit as the weather was a little chilly. We all talked about returning next year as it simply couldn’t have been better. Jenn is the best host - communicative, friendly, and on top of everything. I highly recommend using the concierge service so you are stocked with beverages and snacks before you arrive.

Great stay at the 310!

We had the best time @ the ThreeTen. 13 of us enjoyed the clean space and good communication with Jennifer. The location is great and this property is set up well for a group that wants to be together to eat and hang out, and still have private spaces. I hope to come back again!

Great Location - Perfect for Group

We had a group of 8 stay at The 310 Hotel for a week of golf in Palm Springs. The rooms were great and the property was perfectly located with many dining options within a short walk or drive. Would recommend.

Girl Scout getaway

We had a wonderful time at 310 Hotel. Super cute decor and clean! Loved that each room had shampoo and conditioner, bath towels and pool towels. We had 6 girls and moms stay and no complaints. The rooms were ice cold in the triple digits. When it was to hot by the pool the lounge was perfect to hangout as a group. Super close to everything you want to do in Palm Springs. The only thing I would change is the pool temperature, it could have been cooler.

The BEST bachelorette stay!

My group and I had the absolute best stay to celebrate my cousin's bachelorette party. The property was perfect to comfortably accommodate all of us. We loved all having our own separate spaces. The 310 is decorated so wonderfully and we all loved the lounge and pool area. Jennifer was the most helpful host and made the stay so easy. We absolutely can not wait to return one day soon and will be sure to tell all our friends about how special the trip was!

Best place for bigger groups

We had my wife’s 40th here and it was the best decision ever. To have our own boutique hotel all to ourselves is not only unique, but less claustrophobic compared to a rental house. Each guest has their own room and bathroom which makes things so much easier with space, while still having a common room for all to gather. Combine that with a pool and grill and what more could you ask for? I think this could be the future of group vacations. Highly recommend!
