This completely updated 3BD/3BA home is the perfect getaway for friends or families. This 2,000+ sq ft pool home, built in 1964, is positioned down the main century modern trek of homes in Palm Springs. But enough about the neighborhood . . . just take a gander inside this beauty.

Light, bright, well-appointed and FUN!!! Each bedroom has their own bathroom, so no more sharing. Step outside to the covered patio, the lounging fire pit, the hot tub or the heated pool. Get your IG ready, plenty of opportunities to show the world how fun you can be.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.

Positives- Great proximity to downtown Palm Springs, airport, freeway- Great home layout - comfortable open kitchen, dining, great room with island/bar seating- Nice out door space (pool, hot tub, bbq, fire pit, lounging and dining area, games)- Well stocked kitchen (pots/pans, dishes, glassware, utensils) with updated appliances, including a wine cooler- King beds in all 3 bedrooms, comfortable bedding with 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite bathroom - Responsive (immediately addressed hot water issue and brought more hand towels)- Easy check out process and actionsOpportunities for Improvement- Very minimal supplies provided for a party of 6 guests that ate in about half of the time of our 9 night stay (no aluminum foil, plastic wrap, dish soap, etc., no kleenex in bathrooms, limited paper towels, TP and cleaning supplies)- Only one hand towel for each of the 3 bathrooms - Busy street day and night (issue for only the bedroom on the street side of the home)- Insufficient hot water for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home for 6 guests- Sugar ants were an issue in the kitchen

Great property that was less than 10min to everything we wanted to do. Spacious, lots of spaces to hangout and lovely clean amenities. The pool and hot tub were great!

Great Property

This was an ideal location. We were in town for a dance convention so the location was perfect for the convention centre and down town Palm Springs. We were 3 families, so the room set up was perfect. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, great for teenagers! Would definitely book again

Desert Flamingo

First time visiting Palm Springs with the family. We had a blast our stay at The Desert Flamingo house was everything we’d hoped and more. Our host was very responsive AC stopped working we sent a message and in an hour AC repairman arrived and fixed the unit.
