    As soon as you arrive, you'll be awed by the modern, sleek design of this home. The large pool beckons you to take a dip or lounge in the sun, while the hot tub is perfect for soaking away your cares. In the evening, gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows under the stars. For a little friendly competition, the bocce ball area is a great place to challenge your friends or family. Experience total relaxation in your stunning backyard oasis, where tall hedges provide added privacy. Lounge on the tanning shelf in the private pool, or enjoy a workout on the yoga platform. A refreshing misting system provides added comfort. Rinse off at two outdoor showers, then barbecue burgers on a gas grill at the outdoor bar.

    The bedrooms are in separate structures from the main house, offering ultimate privacy and tranquility. Each bedroom is outfitted with a 50in Apple TV. The open-concept en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, flat-screen TV, waterfall shower, and soaking tub. A gas fireplace provides added allure to both spaces.     EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
    Complimentary Wi-Fi, a Keurig machine, a washer/dryer, and two bikes with helmets are provided. Apple TV capabilities are also available. Parking is provided for two cars (one in the driveway and one in the carport). This property is handicap accessible.

    THINGS TO KNOW:
    -If you are planning to book for over 29 nights, please see the stipulations below under the '30+ DAY RENTAL STIPULATIONS' headline
    -Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
    -Your AirBnB charges will NOT include your optional pool heat fee of $80 per night. If you would like to include this in your stay, this fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in. Please note taxes and processing fees apply.
    -1 dog is welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific SunnyDays approval.
    -Parking notes: You'll find parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles (1 under the carport and 1 in the driveway).

    30+ DAY RENTAL STIPULATIONS
    When booking for 30+ nights:
    1) Your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending
    2) Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
    3) There will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
    4) One mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
    5) Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $155 + tax/pet per month. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $155 + tax/pet fee per month will be required to be paid separately to the property management company before check-in.

Amazing house! Great hangout spot and very close to everything! Pool and hot tub were amazing and there is tons of privacy which I feel is not highlighted enough in the listing. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

The compound is really cool. I loved the overall vibe, and all the nooks & crannies and places to hang out. The pool and master suite were the highlights. The house was well stocked and I appreciated the complimentary champagne! The Wi-Fi was the lowlight; really inconsistent, but I hear that’s common in the desert. Would not recommend working remotely from here, but it’s an ideal escape for a small family or a couple friends on vacation!

Great spot, very private, and quiet. A very nice pool/jacuzzi and plenty of outdoor spaces to lounge. The primary bedroom suite is large and comfortable, and nicely appointed. The second bedroom is functional but small. The bedrooms are in separate structures from the living space, so you walk outside to access them. This is great if you want quiet in the bedrooms while people are making noise in the main living space. It also allows you to cool the spaces at different temps. The only issue we had was that the wifi was quite spotty during our stay and kept disconnecting. Otherwise, we loved this spot and would come back.

Property was great! Location was awesome, the only thing that was kinda annoying was the temperature of the showers, sooo hot and with the weather being close to 100 it wasn’t idea. Would stay again!

The house was wonderful. Very clean with a unique layout. Perfect for a quiet getaway and in a central location. I only wish I knew about the noise ordinance before we booked it. Not being allowed to play any music outside was the only downside of our stay.

peaceful, lovely experience

We really enjoyed staying at Twin Palms and plan to be back! The indoor / outdoor flow the property was so cool and unique. It's was very quiet when we were there which was such a nice break from big city living! My whole family loved staying at Twin Palms, we were so comfortable!

We stayed three nights, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the property. The property handbook was very thorough and easy to follow. The property is unique which also made it fun. Would recommend to anyone.

Unique and fun house with lots of “bringing the outdoors indoors” space. Always love staying in Twin Palms and seeing the many great mid century properties. Property management was very communicative and responsive.

Paradise Found

We loved 'our' Compound :) It was a perfect getaway and just what we needed. The space was unique and the aesthetic was simply beautiful. Though we ventured out a couple of times, we mostly enjoyed thoroughly relaxing at the property. The neighborhood was very quiet which was also a needed change of pace for us. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Sun Getaway!

Club Doug was the perfect getaway! The property was even better than it showed online. Common areas were great and the bedrooms were very separate. It made the home feel much more spacious than it was! Can hardly wait to get back there!

Wonderful Stay

We stayed for 2 weeks including one week with our adult son and his girlfriend. The set up of the home worked really well as each of us had our own space and then a great common area. The location is fabulous, and the house has everything you need. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. My only suggestion would be to replace some of the pillows outside that are worn. Thanks for a terrific stay!

Quiet Location with Contemporary Architecture perfect for family with teens.

We were looking for a relaxing getaway and this location fit the bill. 3 separate and unique buildings, a main building which houses a spacious living room with kitchen, a primary and secondary suite, allow for a place to gather and places to retreat. All lead to a central landing over an extension of the pool. Ample seating areas in courtyards and by the pool offer a variety of places to read a book in the sun. The units were clean and stocked with essentials. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

The Pool House

House was great. Pool was terrific. We enjoyed the great room and all the amenities including the small private areas on the property. Gorgeous neighborhood. Second bedroom is minuscule. The house is best for 3-4 adults and could use some detailing as areas are worn and soiled such as kitchen carpet and great room chairs. Bedpillows need updating. Well stocked kitchen.
