Views for days….. this Condo is on the golf course and has incredible views. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps 4 inside Palm Desert Resort Country Club. Just steps away from one of the 21 heated pools and jacuzzis, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and clubhouse offering all day dining, bar service and live music. Close to shopping centers, fine dining, the new Acrisure hockey arena, casinos, tennis tournaments and concerts.

Stay less than 28 days there is an 11% Occupancy Tax invoiced on your stay per the City of Palm Desert. Stay longer than 28 days to avoid paying this Tax.

Short Term Pickleball + Tennis Memberships
A seasonal Pickleball membership can be purchased for $350 USD per person for locals and snowbirds. We also have a "Couple" deal for $600! (only available for those who live together). The price for a Tennis Membership is $250 for a seasonal membership and $400 for a couple. We also offer short-term memberships for visitors for $75 per week and the Monthly Price of $150. You may arrive at 10:30am and depending on availability, you may start play.

This Community is so close to so many fun things to do in the desert. We are only 4 miles from the new Acrisure Hockey Arena, 4 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 7 Miles to the El Paseo shopping district, 10 Miles to Coachella music Festival and Stagecoach music Festival, we are surrounded by so many beautiful golf courses, Restaurants, hiking trails and much more. It's a great location in Palm Desert.

Cute place, worked well for our situation.

We came to stay here over thanksgiving. We have relatives that live down the road in another complex and this complex was much more reasonably priced than other complexes and units available in the area. Caveat: we didn’t spend a ton of time at the condo because of our relatives nearby. We mostly slept there and left in the morning and came back at night. We didn’t cook there but it seems like it has everything you would need to cook. All in all, it was a nice stay and I would recommend. Pros: close to the location of our relatives down the road, has a garage, very clean, cute decorations and style, and well appointed. I always appreciate a box of tissues in the bathroom though. But otherwise everything was available at the condo. No complaints about the unit. Good communication with owner. They responded immediately when I contacted them. And I really appreciate that. Cons: this may not matter to some but just for consideration, this unit is at the back of the complex. There is an exit near the back that you can use to exit the complex, but you can’t get back in that way so you have to go to the front entrance. It’s not that far but would have been nice to have a remote for the back gate. But I also understand that remotes can easily get lost or left in a vehicle when renters check out so that might be why they don’t provide it. This is a small thing and would not prevent me from renting it again. Thanks for everything! It worked out perfect for our needs.

Great place and host

We used the place over Thanksgiving to visit family staying close by. The unit was recently renovated and is clean and modern. It’s in a gated community and neighbors are friendly. The host was responsive and easy to deal with. Thoughtful touches included small appliances, coffee ready to go, a welcome basket, decent hangars in the closet, and even a first aid kit. Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay.

Great Location, views, amenities

In town for Pickleball Tournament. The pickleball program at resort is awesome. You can get weekly memberships and play with great players. The house was perfect! It appears to be recently updated. The kitchen is well equipped. Absolutely no complaints! Oh, and a lovely welcome basket and fresh flowers were a nice touch! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
