Under the brilliant California sunshine enjoy swimming in the private pool's turquoise water, unwinding in the pool spa, and hosting delicious cookouts on the gas grill. Also outside, there is plenty of outdoor seating - making it easy to kick back and enjoy every moment of your stay.

Inside, high ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and modern amenities will greet you from the moment you walk in the door. The beautiful living room boasts ample seating, a large Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. The adjacent chef's kitchen makes cooking a delight with its stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and expansive center island. Coffee lovers will adore the coffee station, and everyone will love gathering around the dining table for family-style meals.

Your own private haven, the primary en suite bedroom features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, extra large vanity, and walk-in closet. Rest assured that no one's comfort will go unattended as each room has been lined with soft linens and central air. Additional interior perks include a separate laundry room, a Pack-N-Play, and internet access.

Within 20 miles of your stay, pay a visit to The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, Rancho La Quinta Golf Club, Coachella Valley National Wildlife Refuge, and the Augustine Casino.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 65 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Desert Sky Golf Getaway

I rented this home with a few friends for the month of March to get some sunshine and golf. The home had plenty of private and common space for all of us. It was great that we each had our own bathroom.The backyard is beautiful and it's nice that they have a retractable sunshade for the back patio to provide some extra afternoon shade. We did not pay to heat the pool/hot tub but by the middle of the month it had warmed up enough outside that we got in the water anyway!The community is quiet and there is a great little park just outside the community for daily walks. The property management company was really easy to work with and quick to respond to a couple of our requests.Only negative is the street noise in the backyard.Great home to stay in.
