Great condo and location

Had family in for a birthday celebration. Great condo for out of town guests. Very clean. Easy entry. My family enjoyed it. The wrlcome basket was a nice touch.

Lovely Villa in great neighborhood

Very nice upper level villa for quiet vacation. Beautiful views of golf course and mountains from the west facing windows & deck. Bedroom & living space well furnished, while kitchen & baths could use an update. Owners are very easy to work with - we would stay here again. Not as stocked as other properties, but easy to correct with nearby stores.

Beautiful and comfortable

Zeke and Christina are awesome hosts. The Condo was exactly as described, clean , spacious and centrally located being close to restaurants and activities for all. The view from the back balcony overlooking the golf course amazing. Good place to sit with a glass of wine with cheese and crackers. Thank you again to Zeke and Christina for sharing their Desert Oasis. I highly recommend.

Beautiful little oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Christina & Zeke’s desert oasis. The whole process was incredibly easy right from booking to arrival and check out. Their condo is steps away from the nicest pool and hot tub on the property. Lots of walking paths and areas to explore right on the grounds. We found olives and grapefruits and enjoyed wine on the back patio. Incredibly comfy accommodations - including the beds! Walking distance to Ralph’s and a couple of restaurants. We hope to come back one day - perhaps with our little rugrats next time. Thank you again! Ashley & Jaime

Father’s Day weekend

We had the best time at this property. The decor was very nice and comfortable, the condo was very clean, and Zeke is friendly and accommodating. There was a friendly note to greet us and a thoughtful basket of goodies. We can’t wait to come back.

Well equipped. We had everything we needed.

Our only suggestion is that they install some grab bars in the tub in the primary bath/shower. The bottom of the tub can be a bit slippery to negotiate. We would definitely stay there again.

Great weekend

We had a delightful stay in this Desert Falls Villa. Zeke and Christina were the consummate hosts - very responsive and helpful. They even had a wonderful welcome basket for us upon arrival. The place was perfectly clean and just as advertised. We look forward to staying here again and recommending it to friends.

Perfect location and great host

Zeke was an amazing host and we really enjoyed our time here. Was perfect for 2 couples - being right on the 12th hole and only a short walk to the clubhouse and amenities was a bonus too!

Great space, centrally located! 5 stars!

Spacious home with beatiful views! Honestly the photos do not do it justice! Check-in was simple, the house was extremely clean, and the hosts added alot of personal, quaint touches to make the area feel more homey! The home was in a gated, safe location and was located centrally to grocery stores, shopping, golfing, etc. To top it off, Zeke and Christina were wonderful to work with and responded quickly. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Palm Desert!

A Desert Oasis indeed

Zeke and Christine made sure we had what we needed the moment we arrived - coffee for the morning case we arrived late, a bottle of wine welcoming us, and it stayed that way. Brand new everything we could want. It was clear we were being part of their desert home which was what we wanted and were hoping for. The condo had eastern deck for morning coffee, with a door into the kitchen to let the warmth and light stream in. The larger front deck let the western sunlight in while we watched the 12th tee box and the fun of the par 3 golfers hitting over the pond. I recommend the property for those wanting quiet , comfort and relaxation - in the heart of the desert and close to all you need.
