Owner managed with attention to the details. Professionally decorated and freshly painted open floor plan with high ceilings that enhances your total beach resort experience. completed in 2005, this luxurious oceanfront condominium that offer a view of a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course. Convenient nearby access to the intercostal waterway. The location and installations make it a formula for memorable vacation experience. It may turn out to be your annual traditional vacation.

Located on the 5th floor, this single level open floor is accessible by elevators and stairs. It will be your home to enjoy a spectacular vacation.

The kitchen with granite countertops is well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and dish ware to fit your culinary needs. The kitchen is open to the living and dining room have gorgeous views of the ocean and gulf course.

The dining room is ready for a simple breakfast or a candlelight dinner. The living room has generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean/golf views. That is if your not watching TV on the flat screen sitting of the comfy leather sofa or love seat! Every detail has been thought for your comfort and quality lifestyle.

The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are split for privacy. The master suite off the living room is beautifully decorated. The master has a king size bed with a private bathroom and bathtub The second guest room has a queen size bed with private bathroom. The third guest room has two bunk beds (lower is full size and the upper is twin size). All bedrooms have televisions. Third room has a detached bathroom. All 3 bathrooms have premium mattresses with pillow toppers. Restful nights and and healthy backs at #351. All linens are of quality. Housekeeping is premium level. All linens including bedspreads are cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest.

The condos balcony will enhance your beach escort experience with panoramic views. The view is truly breathtaking with comfortable chairs and dining area that can accommodate six. Enjoy the sound of the waves, the smell of the sea, and the sight of the moonlight shimmering on the ocean while sitting in a love seat. Whether enjoying your morning coffee, afternoon novel, or evening conversation this will be your special place.

This condominium building is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon Beach heated pools. The Ocean side pool is designed with adults in mind. The fabulous area offers a secluded ocean paradise environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or dolphins swimming. The heated pool includes a viewing tower overlooking the ocean. The lakeside clubhouse includes fitness facilities, kid splash zone, kiddie pool, and teen center.

A Relaxing Getaway!

Amazing Place

Our stay was much needed and gorgeous! This place was bigger than I had expected, which was such a great surprise! The condo was very clean and spacious. The porch was giant and we could see the beach! The beach was a 3 minute walk away, making beach access super easy. The owners were so fast at communicating with us! We had a few questions throughout the week and they answered almost immediately. We were very thankful to find this place and I definitely will come back!

Family Holiday Getaway

Everything was perfect! The pictures on the website are all accurate. Everything you need including towels, dish soap, trash bags, all kitchen necessities, beach chairs, etc were provided. Chatted with the Host via text and phone conversation upon arrival and she was definitely focused on making sure everyone was happy. Very pleased with this unit and the entire area. Thanks for the wonderful memories…..

Cinnamon Beach stay!

If you have ever stayed at Cinnamon Beach it does not disappoint the view was spectacular. And,we had a great time as we stayed for a long Thanksgiving weekend. What was disappointing was the cleanliness of the unit. I feel it is a lack of oversight with the management team. We could smell the mold on arrival and after looking around you could see it on the furniture especially in the bedrooms. The other issues was the Beds. I don't want to over Exaggerate but the beds are Decade-old. And the living room sofa, loveseat ,and recliners did not recline. In fact there was a posted note not to plug in furniture. Not to mention the kitchen was disappointing it lacked the necessities to cook in and there was no cleaning supplies, we had to buy items to clean with windex papertowel garbage bags Clorox spray..Overall we enjoyed the view and thank the owners for letting us stay. spray. , bedrooms.,that was the most

Terrific Long Weekend Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Beach! A beautiful property and condo with a fantastic view of the ocean and golf course. The condo was very spacious and our hosts were fantastic communicators. Both the beach and pools are an easy walk from the condo. We will definitely return!

Perfect spot for a girls weekend!

Property is beautiful and spacious! Loved the area and the amenities! We did have some trouble with the mattresses on the bottom bunks, they seemed to have been warped, making them difficult to sleep on. Otherwise, no issues at all!

Annual Family Vacation

We all enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is large and well laid out so that everyone has space. The view from the lanai is fabulous and it is a very short walk to the beach. The pool is a bit of a walk but we spent most of our time on the beach so this was not a problem. We would stay again.

Great Beach Location and Great Condo

Our family of six adults stayed at this wonderful condo for seven nights. Everything was as advertised. What I have found this year with renting condos, no one provides washcloths. So if you are used to using a washcloth, you need to be prepared to bring your own. Everything Was provided. You will need to prepare for the need of: dish, pods, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags for kitchen and bathroom, TP. There is a sample of soap and shampoo in each bathroom. We would rent from this couple again in the future.

This was our second stay in this unit, and it was even better than our first! The hosts clearly took our feedback to heart, making numerous improvements that turned their home into the perfect retreat for our family. The unit was clean, comfortable, and ideally located. We especially enjoyed watching the golfers and the ocean while sipping our morning coffee. We'll definitely be back!

Second Stay at the Condo

This was our second February staying at the condo and enjoyed it very much once again. We like the view over the par 3 to the ocean. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Yvonne is very responsive to questions, often answering within an hour or less. The area around the condo is pristine and both pools are exceptional. We booked again for next year.
