Hidden Gem- stylish 3BR house w/heated pool

Welcome to our beautiful, stylish, and cozy home with all new furniture and beds. A great location in Palm Coast close to famous St. Augustine historical downtown and Speedway Daytona Beach.
This hidden gem is only 15 min away from Atlantic Ocean(Flagler Beach),7 min to I-95.Our modern 3BR and 2bathroom house has a big screened in patio with a HEATED pool.
This place is perfect for a getaway with family and/or friends for relaxing atmosphere and some fun in the pool or at the beach.
The space
Kitchen
Fully stocked and equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook. You will have access to coffee makers, microwave, plates, silverware, cookware , dishwasher and refrigerator.
A round table for 4 is a nice and small edition where you can enjoy your breakfast with a pool view.

Living room

Our spacious living room with an oversized and comfortable couch with a brand-new flat screen HDTV(Smart TV with all necessary apps)- where you can relax and enjoy your favorite movie or a game.

Dining Area

A big wooden table will be a great place to have a meal or play games with your family or friends!

Master Bedroom
Modern and light décor of a bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom with dual sinks, shower and a bathtub!

Second Bedroom
Another new KING size bed with blue accent and pool view with extra pillows for comfort.

Third Bedroom
A Brand-new wooden Twin Over Full Bunk Bed with Trundle and Ladder with Guard Rails will be a fun and enjoyable for a group of kids or teens.
Or can be used as a full-size bed for adults.

Screened in Patio area with heated pool
Amazing and calm area with a beautiful, heated pool ,hammock and outdoor dining area where you can enjoy swimming or just chilling and have relaxing time!

Also included during your stay- beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and 2 adult bikes.
Guest access
You will be provided with a unique guest access code that will be good for the course of your stay. Codes are unique to each guest and will activate at check-in time on your day of arrival.
Other things to note
4 cars parking space, fenced backyard.
There is so much to do in the area: beach ,beautiful parks, golf, tennis, fishing, shelling, etc.

Palm Coast Vacation

Overall was very peaceful and in a great location. Close to Grocery and shopping. Was not a fan of the platform bed with foam mattress as it was not comfortable for my back and we had to rewash the sheets and clean the mattress cover. Master bath commode area needed extra cleaning but besides that everything else was clean and tidy.

Palm Coast 2025

A very quiet and very convenient location. The house was very nicely furnished inside and out with a very well equipped kitchen. The pool was always at a comfortable temperature even on the coldest days - it was set at 90F. We stayed for 9 weeks and experienced all types of weather: the heating and a/c system worked perfectly! It was great having beach chairs and umbrella plus the use of the garage for our car and golf clubs. Tomasz, our host, could not have been more responsive and helpful. The few minor issues we had were dealt with immediately and very courteously, helping us to enjoy a relaxing stay.

Great, peaceful family time

This property was great for getting away and spending family time together. We enjoyed spending our days by the pool. The house was everything we expected. Was great to have everything on one floor also. If you plan to go visit places, you do have to drive everywhere. We knew that going into it, so that didn’t bother us. We were very pleased and would stay here again.

Great Home

Have been to Daytona for the Rolex 24 14 years in a row, and upgrading from a hotel to this warm welcoming home was the right choice. It was so nice to have a quite neighborhood and a warm clean pool to return to after a long day at the track.

GREAT retreat!

Tomasz has thought of everything - from coffee pods to playing cards to charging cords to ample towels (both pool and bath) to a heated pool to comfortable bedding and a couch. The house was very clean, well thought out and comfortable. House is close to everything! 6 stars on a 5 star scale!
