"It was a wonderful stay in a 2 bedroom condo! There were 2 separate bathrooms which was perfect so we weren’t fighting over one bathroom for the 6 of us! There was a fully equipped kitchen that we used to prepare our meals. It was a very big room! "

"The condo was the perfect size! It was right across from the beach. The lock system didn’t work right away, but I was able to get in contact with the host pretty quickly to solve the problem. "

"Very nice. I would stay here again. Everything was clean. I do wish the a/c did not revert back to 77 degrees every few hours. It's on some sort of program I guess. I did not get too much into figuring it out, as we were only there few days. "

"It was perfect for my children + I . Loved that they had everything we would need for the beach to include toys. The umbrellas we tried were broke though - we made due. We were thankful. The locals on our sunrise walks became friends. Our favorite place for breakfast was the Surfinista ! Ohhhh we also got to watch space x launch a rocket!! "

"My teenage son and I stayed for 5 nights, with the idea to have easy access to the beach and have a home base to explore the area. It worked out really well: Brian was responsive and helpful and the unit was clean and conveniently laid out. The location is great: a quiet street with the beach around the corner, and close to a beautiful area for kayaking and fishing. I really liked that it included kayaks, fishing poles, bikes, and beach gear to use. We had a great experience!"

"What a wonderful weekend stay. Great place on the beach. Room clean and spacious. Yep in other reviews on the 3rd floor no elevator, which didn’t matter for us. Nice pool with great grill out area. Close to downtown Melbourne which had great shops and local bars. Many happy memories. Will consider again for a trip. "

"This is a beautiful cottage with great views of Nantucket Sound. This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything you might need or want. I would highly recommend this cottage and can’t wait to visit again."
