"While the online pics always look great, you never know what you're getting until you show up. The Hotel is so much better than the pics. Easy Parking and Room Entry, The Hotel is on the beach. so all you have to do is grab a few of the complimentary chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards and walk tot he beach, where the water is amazing and child friendly. "This was one of the nicest units I have stayed in. Very peaceful. I found this unit very last minute but the manager was still very accommodating and got us in smoothly. The beach is across the road but worth every step. "

"It was perfect for my children + I . Loved that they had everything we would need for the beach to include toys. The umbrellas we tried were broke though - we made due. We were thankful. The locals on our sunrise walks became friends. Our favorite place for breakfast was the Surfinista ! Ohhhh we also got to watch space x launch a rocket!! "

"We found the property just right, was nice and clean with easy access to the beach at any time, plenty of restaurants within walking distance."

"Cocoa beach wasn’t all we hoped it would be but this place was nice. It was clean, spacious and in a good location, perfect to walk right out to the beach! It was dated but would stay again if we ever went back. "

"Our stay at this house was excellent! The location with its beautiful beach front access was wonderful. We felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. The house was well stocked with everything you’d need to cook. The beds and linens were great. The spiral staircase was a little difficult with suitcases but my daughters loved the charming bedroom at the bottom. The house had wonderful beach supplies and towels. It was a perfect stay for our family of five. * There is a big building going up...

"It was our first time at Cocoa Beach and we loved the town. Great food, lots within walking distance. The condo is quiet and comfortable, and the view from the balcony is ideal. Umbrella and beach chair rentals are located right beside beach access and beach was not crowded. We would definitely come back."
