"This place was just ok for a hotel in India. It’s so far up a mountain that access to outside food and drivers are slim, so you are at the hotel’s mercy for pretty much anything. "This is a lovely property. It’s quiet, the rooms are nicely furnished with good amenities, bathroom is great, balcony and living area all good. Room service and restaurant are both excellent. Service from all staff is professional, friendly, warm and helpful. I would stay here again, thank you. "

"The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The location was perfect however our stay was not great! The fan in the room was wobbly and shaking really bad even on speed 1 with a loud noise. "They keep chargeable-if-you-use items inside the room which I have not seen anywhere else in the world. There are bottles of water, beverages kept in the refrigerator in the room, packets of potato chips : all which they said will be payable if used. It was a strange thing to notice. They should not keep it in the room unless it has been ordered or asked for. "It was a good experience for me to stay in your hotel..."

"The hotel is falsely advertised, the view outside was of a wall, the bed was stiff, limited hot water, there was no mini bar as advertised, the curtains didn’t little to block out the light, little toilet paper, the aircon droned on humming the whole time, the walls are thin so you can hear other peoples conversations, showers, phones ringing and people walking up and down stairs.
