"This is a lovely boutique villa in a peaceful and quiet location near the 4th tee of the golf course. From the back porch there is a beautiful view of part of the golf course and green-top mountains across Kandy Lake. The villa is well-maintained by Ramya who looked after us from morning to evening. "Large, modern and well equipped room with beautiful views over the city and a small balcony. The restaurant and bar area is very pleasant, on the rooftop with great views. Food is a little hit and miss. Just worth noting that prices on the menu don’t include taxes. When these are included, this, together with service, adds a third to the bill. This is really misleading and could be easily fixed. Excellent value overall though. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room didn't have Wi-Fi firstly but after I asked for help, they set up connection for me :) The buidling and infrastructure is a bit old. The view from the terrace was superb. Though the site is far from the city central, you can find some nice restraurants and bakeries within 10 min walk."
