Salvadore, our host, and the apartment were amazing. The apartment was very clean, beautifuln and walkable distance from everything. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Palermo.

Salvatore was very welcoming and explained his beautiful apartment and its location in the city. The apartment is spacious, palatial, and comfortable. the bedrooms, sitting areas and kitchen were incredible. We could live there and will certainly stay again. The amenities were special: fresh pastries, wine, free breakfast, computer and printer all added to our comfort.

Vivre au cœur dé Palermo

Magnifique appartement avec un cachet spécial. Magnifiquement décoré. Nous sommes arrivés le 27 décembre, nous avons trouvé un sapin décoré, scintillant, petits gâteaux à pâte d’amande, thé, café. Les petits attentions qui nous ont beaucoup touchés.Nous étions accueillis par les propriétaires. Ils nous ont donné pleins d’informations sur le cartioetc…

Amazing home, gracious host

This apartment is even more lovely than the listing shows. It’s wonderfully located and a calm, comfortable respite. Salvatore is a kind, generous and responsive host. He offered wonderful suggestions for restaurants, necessities and activities. I had the great fortune to stay here for almost two weeks and I wish it could have been longer.

Fabulous apartment in Palermo

Beautiful interior, equipped like your own home. Very grand. Nothing too much trouble, responsive host. Owner provided pastries, water, fruit and wine on arrival. Very generous. Evening terrace lovely to have a drink and enjoy the sun and Palermo view. Very near markets and the historic centre, great restaurants a short walking distance away. We loved it and would Highly recommend.

A Grand Apartment To Explore Palermo From

Our first impressions walking into this apartment were even greater than what we expected. Salvatore is one of the best VRBO hosts ever as he quickly oriented us to the city, the apt, private parking for our car, and a personal intro to a business that we wanted to contact in the city. The apartment itself is exceptionally well organized, detailed, and clean. It spans the whole 4th floor of the building with large rooms, high ceilings, front balconies and a covered rear terrace where we had most our meals during the week. The kitchen was large and well outfitted to prepare meals, with a convenient, quality grocery and wine store 3 blocks away. The location was ideal, at the edge of the ‘old center’ with easy walking access to all points of interest in Palermo.

Great Place

This has to be the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Salvatore goes above and beyond. He arranged drivers to and from the airport for us. He had pastries waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment is huge and accommodated all 6 of us perfectly. If you reach out to him with any questions he responds promptly with an answer. We would definitely stay at Salvatore's place if we go back to Palermo without question.

Amazing place

This is a lovely, well stocked, sparkling clean apartment. The hosts were so accommodating and helped with taxi and airport transfers, left us delicious welcome treats and gave us a sweet parting gift. The house is beautiful. Location is good. Plenty of hot water. The AC in one room wasn’t great but manageable. We would definitely stay here again.

Huge Classic Apartment

This apartment was fantastic. It is a classic "grandmother" apartment with all the charm and atmosphere you can imagine. The dinning room china hutch and sidebar are birdseye maple, the walls are covered in beautiful paintings, the office desk was mahogany, the living room furniture has gilded wood frames. If you like classical interiors this is the place for you. Salvatore was the best, stocking the place with pastries, and a fruit tort that was unbelievable. He made sure we had all the coffee pods we needed for the espresso machine. He included discount cards to many near-by restaurants which came in very handy. The location was perfect for walking to the theater, the local market, and any number of supermarkets. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need if you do your own cooking to minimize food costs. This place is truly a gem if you intend to stay in the center city.

Amazing period property in Palermo

What can I say Salvatore and his wife are brilliant hosts They have thought of everything from the welcome petits fours, flan, coffee and fruit upon arrival to bathroom slippers, mosquito deterrents and plug convertors! It is indeed a luxurious apartment! In fact my daughter told me that it is the best rental apartment that she has ever stayed in, and she has stayed in many! It was an absolute privilege to stay there and we will definitely return I thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Palermo to see the sights as not only is it very beautiful but also is in a central location And obviously excellent hosts Salvatore even came to personally deliver a 60th birthday present to me! Above and beyond all expectations Thank you so much We all had an excellent time in Palermo!

A great, well-equipped apartment

The apartment was great for out group of five, including our 85 year old father. There is a main elevator that takes you up to the 4th floor. While not too close to the city center, it is a 10-20 minute walk to any of the main sights and very close to the bus stop if you don’t want to walk Also close to many local good restaurants and wine bars. The apartment is spacious. Air conditioning is provided in every space. Full sized kitchen
