It's perfect for those who are looking for a place where to stay all day without the need of going out. At the same time the villa is 5 minutes from the lovely beach of Mondello, 5 minutes from the village of mondello, 5 minutes from the highway and 20 minutes from the city center and from the airport.

Great stay in a beautiful house!

We spent a lovely week in this spacious and well-maintained house. The garden was large and peaceful, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the big pool and the beautiful view from it. The bedrooms were fresh and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. There was also a small viewpoint at the top of the house with a fantastic view. The vegetable garden with fresh produce was a lovely bonus. The hosts were helpful and everything went smoothly.The house had a cozy and charming atmosphere, even if some parts felt a bit worn or in need of a little refresh. Still, this didn’t take away from the overall experience – it was a warm and welcoming place that suited our group really well.I would highly recommend this house for a larger group, thanks to the generous space both inside and outside.

Not as advertised

Big property but needs total update. Advertised as air conditioned but only had air con in 4 bedrooms. None in the 5th or any downstairs areas. Family of 9 and couldnt use the 5th bedroom due to heat of 33° plus. Villa clean but worn out. Not advertised as having a well for water supply so couldnt drink it. Had to use bottled water for most things. Only positive of that was no water restrictions during the drought.Had power cuts daily. Couldnt use air con with oven on or washing machine. Had a big problem on one night that lead to repair work to electric supply over 1day and half. Pool area is large but again could do with some attention. No comfy seat outside just wooden dining chairs to sit on. We had a good time but wasnt what we were expecting. Could be an amazing villa with some investment. Emiliano the host was excellent. Any problem we had he responded to quickly and resolved it.

Great stay - Amazing Villa

The villa is amazing - the gardens and pool are fantastic. We had a wonderful time splitting time between the beach and knocking around the villa, and it couldn't have worked out better. The beach is a 5 min drive (or 20min walk) so really close and there are a few great restaurants around. # Emiliano was also a great and helpful host - would strongly recommend

Fantastic garden and very nice swimming pool!

We had a great stay in Mondello. The house is very pleasant and large enough to accomodate 10 people. The garden is amazing and it was really nice to cook its vegetables ! The pool area is also remarkable. A very good choice to spend some time close to Palermo.

Amazing house and gardens in an excellent location

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week away in Mondello. The house and the gardens were fantastic and Emiliano was the best host. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and even helped sort out many of our logistical challenges being a family of 9 ranging in age from 3 - 73! We will definitely return and would recommend this house to anyone looking for an amazing pool with views to die for, and a beautiful beach nearby. Mondello has lots to offer too including some great restaurants and fun stuff for the kids.

Wonderful italian paradise ♥

From the first email to the last day the communication was perfect. The house is wonderfull and very nice furnished. You will finde EVERYTHING what you need. The garden and the pool are amazing. Like a paradise! We never saw such a nice place before. The garden is full of fruits and vegetables. Even there are chicken and you can have fresh eggs every morning. Mondello id really nice. The house is really cetral! We had a wonderful time there and we will definitely come back.
