Apartment in villa, basement with all the windowed rooms, sqm. 250 with two 2/3 bed air-conditioned bedrooms, two independent toilets, TV lounge area, American-style lounge with new kitchen equipped with appliances and equipment, wi-fi, 6-hole pool table, 1/4 piano tail (for those who know how to play). The rooms are equipped with sheets, pillow cases, blankets and bedspreads. The toilets are equipped with a trio of bath towels for each person, toilet paper, liquid soap, hairdryer and beach or swimming pool towels. Outdoor area with private swimming pool, barbecue corner, outbuilding with kitchen, outdoor garden furniture. External or internal parking space, fire extinguisher safety systems, smoke and gas detectors. Animals are not accepted, as I have two dogs that live in an area of the fenced villa and I would like not to compromise their psychological state. Pool monitoring and daily external cleaning every day, included in the price. The price refers to a maximum number of 4 people, for each additional person additional request of € 20.00 per day and per person. Being a residential area of villas, there is a great mutual respect between the condominiums for the tranquility and relaxation that exists on site, therefore we are grateful to all guests for wanting to respect the quiet in the time slot from 13:30 to 16:00 and in the evening from 21:00, but especially in the night after midnight. It is totally forbidden to play football for football, out of respect for the vegetation of the villa. It is not allowed to host people who have not been declared to the Police Authority and therefore cannot use the services of the Villa. Short visits only.

The most amazing stay in excellent location. From start to the end of the holidays we’ve had great communication with the host Giuseppe. He gave us some useful tips on the local bakery and local eateries and the best meal we’ve ever had was at the La Vecchia Masseria full of locals. Nothing was a trouble for Giuseppe and as we were arriving late he still greeted us and bought as some milk juice and wine to start us off and all as a gift. He was there to recommend places to see in Palermo which was 20 mins away from the villa in a taxi organised by Giuseppe and driven by another lovely local Davide. The villa has everything and we used the outdoor kitchen most of the time. Pool is amazing with outdoor shower, aircon in the rooms albeit a little loud but does the job. One thing to mention is the apartment is in the basement but has small windows that bring light and is huge. We had the best stay ever in the best location in Mondello. 15 min walk to the beach and centre of Mondello. Loved the place, loved Sicilia. Thank you!

This property is great for a family of 4 visiting Palermo. There is so much outdoor space, plenty of different places to sit and of course a pool which is cleaned daily. We loved eating outside every morning and also on a couple of evenings when we opted for takeaway rather than eating out at one of the nearby restaurants. There is also a BBQ area if you fancy that. There is also an external kitchen building (there is also one in the main house which we hardly used) which was great for preparing breakfast. The communication from Giuseppe the host was excellent from start to finish. He met us on arrival and was very helpful recommending restaurants and shops in the local area. The house living area is very unusual for a rental property, but in a good way. The kids loved playing pool and the decor was really interesting and personal. The bedrooms were both more than comfortable enough with Aircon units provided in both (not the most powerful but decent enough). There were also 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) which we again had no issues with (we forgot to bring shower gel but there is a shop nearby). There is WiFi at the property, we did find it a little patchy, especially downstairs, not a major issue. Parking is outside the property, again but a major issue for us, never had an issue getting a space.

Lovely short break

Myself and 3 friends had a lovely stay at Guiseppes. He was a great host, even gave us water, wine and juice on arrival and gave us good recommendations. The location is great, close enough to the beach, supermarket near by. The pool area is brilliant with a well equipped outdoor kitchen and seating. Pool table good fun in the evenings. Our only complaint was that the beds in the second bedroom are very firm which meant we struggled to sleep as we prefer softer mattresses. Remember to pack deet as mondello has lots of mosquitos. Thanks very much Guiseppe!

Belle maison avec piscine proche de Palerme

Giuseppe, qui parle français, nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Sa maison est située à 20 min du centre de Parlerme, dans un quartier très calme. La piscine est très agréable. La maison est spacieuse et propre. C'est un lieu idéal pour visiter Palerme et les alentours.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location. La terrasse est très jolie , verdoyante et pratique , la piscine a fait le bonheur de toute la famille . La location était conforme à la description aucune mauvaise surprise, la famille Oliva nous a très bien accueilli et était disponible pour la moindre demande. En un mot c’était un super séjour. das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet, kaum Touristen. Der Strand ist ca. 20 min. ,zu Fuss ,entfernt.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe,sehr Sauber ,jeden Morgen ,von 06:00 Uhr bis 08:00 Uhr wurde der Aussenbereuch und der Pool gereinigt,eine gut ausgestattete Aussenküche ist vorhanden,die Schlafzimmer sind im Kellergeschoss, schön kühl .... Beautiful garden

The owner Giuseppe was great and very helpful. Owners live next door, but we had the garden to ourselves. It has a lovely poolhouse with outdoor kitchen, fantastic pool and outdoor seating areas with barbeque. The view of the mountains are great. Within 5 minutes walk from the shop and 15 minutes to the beach. The town square of Mondello is lively in the evening with some great restaurants. Giuseppe cleans the pool every morning.The apartment is very roomy with open plan kitchen and lounge area including pool table and piano. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Including towels for the beach. All rooms have windows, but it can get very warm, both bedrooms have airconditioning.The only thing that was negative was the dogs in the area barking very early in the morning.If we decide to return to Sicily, we will definitely stay here again
