We found sand in the bed sheets, the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor, the furniture was badly worn, and there were visible signs of possible mold on the bathroom ceiling and inside the air-conditioning unit. My partner experienced significant allergy symptoms during our stay, which disappeared after we left. We provided Holidu with photos and videos documenting these issues, but our request for compensation was refused....
