"Great location. Walking distance to all the major sites and markets. Very attentive and service friendly staff. Breakfast was good ... try the hot chocolate. Room was spacious (we had an apartment). Valet parking was appreciated ... otherwise we would not have found a parking spot. Stayed 5 days and loved it."

I loved the spacious room with bright and modern deco. Breakfast included traditional Sicilian food which was special. The location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet plazza yet closed to all tourist attractions, central train station, and LiDL supermarket. I didn't find anything lacking from the hotel. "

"Stayed for 3 nights with a family of 6, including 4 children under age 10. We basically had two separate bedrooms - my wife and I slept in one with the baby in the provided crib and the 3 older children all had single beds in the other room with the kitchen. Both rooms had a full bath. Table and chairs, small refrigerator, hot water kettle, cooktop, sink, and tableware all included. Only complaint is could have used a microwave. Tout se fait à pied : les visites, les restaurants, les cafés, les glaciers et même le théâtre à proximité. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable, disponible et toujours de bon conseil. "The room was great. Plenty of space and it was very clean and the bathroom was very clean as well. I really liked the space in the shower as I’m really tall and often in places in Italy it’s hard to shower. The host was extremely helpful regarding how to get around Palermo. You’re not very far from the train station nor are you very far from Quattro Canti where many restaurants are. I would love to stay at this property again."
