"Much appreciation to the staff of this fun little boutique hotel. To a person they were friendly, charming, and helpful. I was made to feel super welcome. The property itself is very nice. I had a large ground floor room with a lovely patio -- it was too cold for me to spend much time out there in early January, but in warmer months it would be awesome. "The room was clean and charming. Yaiza, who coordinated check-in, was fantastic — she was responsive and had excellent recommendations for food and things to do. Good location close to the lake and only 5-10 mins walk from San Giovanni train station (depending on how fast you walk). No view from Suite 8 to speak of but I wasn’t hanging out in my room much, other than to sleep. I would stay here again!"

"The room seemed a bit dated but some renovations had happened to the bathroom. The room was clean and bed was nice. The breakfast was worth getting with a decent selection and views of the lake available. The gym was fairly decent however some of the machines needed some maintenance due to issues with the cables when using. Staff were helpful when we had questions and called a taxi for us on departure. "
