"Travelled up to Upstate New York to spend a weekend going to Saratoga Race Course and was so blessed to find this gem on the Mariaville Lake. The price was very fair and Tony and Patti were fantastic hosts. I can't wait to come back and do less! "I booked this cabin fri-Sun as a meet up with some friends I don’t get to see much. Unfortunately I had mechanical problems on the way and didn’t arrive until 5am sat morning. "Very affordable, especially for a family. Beds not very comfortable and had to clean up a little ourselves, but didn't mind. (They bought new mattresses but left the plastic on them, very hot for sleeping) "

"We loved the style of the house and really enjoyed how close it was to the lake and that we could drive the golf cart there. The only thing that we didn't love was the smell of the water and that we felt very close to the neighbors. Overall great experience."

"We found the quiet and surrounding farm truly relaxing. Even though we drove sixty miles roundtrip each day, the drive was beautiful and relaxing. The only negative was the wifi being intermittent and the listed password was inaccurate. Overall, a good week."

"Our visit was in mid May and the area was lush and green. Including an assortment of waterfowl in the little pond in front of the cabin. Also used to train our young Labrador Retriever (the reason we were in the area). Turns out within a half hour drive there are several national caliber training grounds for the various retriever hunt disciplines. John our host couldn't have been more accommodating. There was an event fee, which was very reasonable.The host was very accommodating when we needed to set up and take down the tent due to rain. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond.
