"The Grand Hyatt is very well located, has amazing views with floor to ceiling windows. The staff were amazing and very tentative to provide help and support when needed. The rooms were spacious and very well decorated. Although the pool area was very inviting and the gym offered all that you needed including a sauna. "I cannot rate this property high enough. It was exactly what I needed for my 10day stay in HK. The staff was incredibly attentive, generous, pleasant as well as beyond competent. From thoughtful gestures, to always being helpful, the staff really made our stay a wonderful experience. We stayed in a 1br Suite- House of Astor. It was quite spacious and comfortable for the duration of our trip. I must commend the staff again, the experience was quite incredible. "

"Sparkling clean almost like new. Area is centrally located, close to Central, Admiralty and Causeway Bay. Easily walk to Wanchai MTR (subway), bus lines and tram. Room is comfortable and quiet. Service is very responsive: Found out my refrigerator was not cold enough in the evening and I got a replacement the next morning. Needed an adapter for my phone and got one right away. "

"Our experience at the Conrad Hong Kong was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were unfailingly courteous and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome.
