"We were all delighted with this property, my children and grandchildren gathered for my 70th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more special. It was always a dream of mine to be at a beach house like this, and I was not disappointed!"

"Truly a magical place by the sea. Excellent hosts with all the accommodations for a home-away-from-home stay. The proximity to the beach and the ocean views are everything we had hoped for. My husband, in particular, enjoyed watching the plentiful hummingbirds. He even got online and purchased the same birdfeeder hoping for the same experience at home! The unit is well stocked. "Incredibly property for our family reunion of seven young adults and parents. Remodel is beautifully done! Common area is exceptional for gathering, cooking, eating, playing games, watching movies, dance parties and simply enjoying the spectacular ocean views. Property manager is very responsive. "Stayed at the beach house for the weekend with extended family over Mother’s Day weekend (grandparents, adult children spouses, grandchildren). The views were great and and steps away from the beach. Be prepared for lots of steps and bring soap/foil for cooking. Otherwise house was fully-stocked. Plenty of towels and bedding. "We enjoyed how most camping spots offered a good amount of privacy. I would recommend arriving in daylight. We arrived just after sunset and it was difficult to navigate in the dark having never been there before. It was a shame we couldn't have a fire, but the hike on the property was lovely. "

"The pictures don't do the house justice. This place felt more like a home than most rentals. Home is well equipped, comfortable, labels everywhere so you know how things work, and the security at the entrance was amazing! Lisa is a fantastic and I hope to stay here again!"

"Had a great stay here. The checkin process was a little different. Was suppose to get the code for the front door sent to me via email but had to wait outside while I contacted the host for the code, but they responded pretty quick so it wasn't too much of a hassel. Property was very nice. Great views and close enough to the places we wanted to go to. Room was nice, clean, and bed was pretty comfortable. Overall had a great stay."

"We were down with family for the Big Sur Marathon. The home fit 6 of us very comfortably (4 adults and 2 kids) and would have been fine with the 2 more adults that were expected to come but could not make it. The kids loved running around in the backyard and we enjoyed an evening around the fire pit. The location is great with the ocean just a few steps away and getting into Monterrey in just a few minutes. Will definitely look to see if this house is available again on our next visit!"
