Torquay, with its harbour, marina, shops and restaurants, is 3.5 miles away, while the historic maritime town of Dartmouth is just 8 miles away.

Take one step up and through the door of this fabulous cottage and head into the open-plan kitchen/diner, a bright and welcoming space with a circular dining table. The kitchen itself is equipped with everything you’ll need for whipping up hearty breakfasts and suppers, with a microwave for speed and convenience. In warm weather, you can open the doors to the garden and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. Walk through to the welcoming lounge, where soft seating and a Smart TV invite you to spend time together relaxing in comfort, perhaps streaming a favourite show or must-see movie.
