  • Paia Ko, Permitido STPH 2015/0002, es un hogar tranquilo y encantador de 3 habitaciones, 2 baños y medio, con hermosas vistas al mar y aire acondicionado central que respalda a un antiguo campo de caña de azúcar. Con el beneficio de una acera Está a unos diez minutos a pie del centro de Paia y las playas, y a dos minutos a pie de Island Fresh Cafe y el estudio de yoga Maui Yoga Shala. El centro de Paia es el hogar de Mana Foods (una excelente tienda de comestibles) y de algunos de los mejores restaurantes de Maui: Mama's Fish House, Paia Fish Market y Cafe Des Amis. Entre las playas locales son Baldwin Beach, Paia Bay Beach y la playa de Hookipa - un windsurf de clase mundial y la playa de surf. Paia Ko está situado en el centro, por lo que es un lugar ideal para acceder a muchos destinos turísticos - Haleakala, el bosque de bambú, Hana, del interior del país, y más.

The house is nice and quiet, close to several beaches and shopping. It is a great location to visit the many wonderful places on the south part of Maui and Hana.

We were there with our son and his family and we all agreed that the house was very comfortable and a great place to hang out. We really enjoyed the open kitchen/living space and the big lanai was beautiful. There were five of us and the three bedrooms worked perfectly for us. Also, thank you to Monica for being so easy to work with!

Great Paia location. Very quiet. Walk to yoga, coffee, Mana Foods, Baldwin Beach.AC was great but not needed too much. Large washer and dryer.Would definitely stay again.

Solid rental home. It was one of the more affordable homes in the Paia area which was nice for our budget. Kitchen was nice and basic cooking needs. AC and washer/dryer worked well. The view of the ocean was great! WiFi worked well. Host was responsive and communicated well. I would suggest updated furniture and outdoor amenities as well as providing bathroom essentials!

The kitchen seemed to have everything, lots of utensils, pots, bowls....could have used a serving platter but that wasn't a big deal...we just used another plate. Kitchen was great,

We stayed for five nights, and the house was exceptionally clean and well-organized. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. Overall, our stay fully met our expectations and satisfaction.

The place was amazing. Very close to town and a very peaceful place to stay. The house was very well equipped with all you need for a family stay. The host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would definitely book this house again!

We loved the easy access to this place. We had beaches really close and also a cute little town with shops and restaurants. We had a great visit in Maui. Beautiful place to visit!

Great Paia location and property

This location is great. An easy walk to eat/shop in Paia and Baldwin Beach or Paia Bay Beach. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. The property has everything you need.

Active Senior Group

Five of us stayed here for 9 days. We beach hopped, played golf, frequented local restaurants and ate in several times. The home location was perfect. Close to great beaches, we could walk to town and only a short drive
