"We had a very good experience during our stay. The staff were very nice, hospitable, and made us feel safe throughout our visit. "Negatives: For the price I paid, I feel the rooms are very small, not much hangers for hanging clothes or towels. The lift is very small and inconvenient. The front desk staff has copies of the customer passports and Id's lying around on the counter which concerned me of potential identity theft. "Good location close to Ramakrishna Ashram Marg Metro Station ( Blue Line, 1 stop to Rajiv Chowk station at Connaught Place). Also to the good Diamond Restaurant. Renovated Hotel, there is a lift. Nice room, big bed and great windown facing the not too noisy street. The bad point is no fridge. "

"Found the service a bit lacking here. Staff seemed disinterested and it took forever to get check in done, with them seemingly wanting to do everything but check us in.
