Enjoy a peaceful vacation at this lovely Pagosa Springs home. You’ll have gorgeous water and mountain views right from your backyard in addition to a private dock, hot tub, and furnished patio where you can watch the river flow with ease. When you’re not at your home base, venture to nearby parks and museums, and enjoy all the eateries and shopping that this city has to offer.

Inside, you can continue to experience scenic moments through large, open windows. The open-design living, kitchen, and dining areas also provide space for all to enjoy. The living area has ample comfortable furnishings and a fireplace and TV that is perfect for a movie night or two. In the well-equipped kitchen, entertain your guests and whip up their favorite meals. Share light bites at the kitchen island or utilize the dining area for a more formal dining experience. This home also features a miniature living area with a sofa, TV, and desk for further relaxation as well as a washer/dryer and WiFI for added convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We really enjoyed our stay here and it was a great home base for our time in Pagosa Springs. The house was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing mountain getaway.One of our favorite moments was watching a hot air balloon drift across the sky right from the property — such a cool, unexpected experience and a perfect way to start the day. The beds were comfortable, the space was easy to settle into, and it was a nice place to come back to after full days of exploring and skiing.The location was convenient while still feeling peaceful and quiet, and communication with the host was smooth and stress-free from start to finish.Overall, a solid stay in a beautiful area, and we’d definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable place to enjoy Pagosa Springs.

Clean, easily accessible. Had one small issue with the hot tub not working, contacted property manager but never heard anything back from them. Kind of bummed us out, the hot tub was one of the main amenities that book this property for. Other than that, it was great as usual

Felt like home!

My wife and I took our 2 boys, 17 and 19. Such an amazing place to wake up to with the sun coming up on the far side of the lake. Perfect with coffee, lol. The boys enjoyed the dock while we watched from the hot tub. Really a convenient spot too. Food down the road and a walmart 5 minutes away. The area is so beautiful as well. Had everything we needed and then some. Really did feel like we were home for a few days. Definitely going to come back!

Fantastic!

I was surprised at how nice this property was in comparison to other places we’ve stayed for ski trips! My 4 kids loved it and it was within 30 mins of wolf creek. We will stay here again!

Great place!

We loved this Vrbo. The house is spacious enough for everyone to have their own bed. It has a hot tub, canoe, kayak, and paddle board and is located on a beautiful lake. Close to everything! I will absolutely be staying here again. Only suggestion is bring your own paper towels If you think you’ll go through more than a roll. Otherwise, the property has extra blankets, towels, etc. thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Views, Lovely Home

The house was very clean, could easily accommodate a large family, and had wonderful views across Village Lake to the mountains. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with. I would love to give 5 stars, but there needs to be more attention to the furnishings. The pots and pans were absolutely atrocious, there was no can opener (found that out in the middle of making dinner-not good!) there were many lightbulbs out throughout the house, there were no labels on the many, many light-switches in the home, and the master bed had no headboard or box spring with a very lumpy soft mattress so that it felt like sleeping on the floor. Also, this was the first rental home we have stayed in that did not have a folder with house info (like what to do with trash or recycling), check-in/check out details, and area info. A little more attention to details and updated furnishings and this house would be a true gem-

Pagosa paradise

Very beautiful place. Great location. Amazing relaxing views and enjoyed seeing the wildlife running across the lake. Been going to Pagosa every year for the past 17 years. Likely our favorite place so far. Will look to book again.

Beautiful place

The house and location were absolutely gorgeous. The house was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. The hot tub began to stink after the first night and was unusable due to the smell. We were unable to use the tv due to it not working, I called and texted the number for service several times and never was able to get this resolved. Pretty frustrating when the whole family was wanting to watch Christmas movies for the holiday.

Tranquility!

Such an awesome place! We loved watching AND listening to all of the ducks and geese on the lake. The views of the hot air balloons and the gorgeous sunsets are seared in my memory!

Amazing stay with the famil

What a great house to get away to amd work/relax. The house was perfect, it had everything listed plus some. The hot tub was great with it still being a little chilly. My husband and fathers in law caught trout, bass and bull heads. Pagosa springs is a beautiful town and we will definitely be back. Thank you for the great memories made in your home. Very nice and spacious home. Hot tub overlooking the lake with a Mountain View was amazing.

No hassle booking, check in/out was seamless. I would recommend for anyone looking for a nice spacious house just outside of Pagosa Springs. I would definitely book again when traveling to the area.
