This home sleeps 6 and sits within a 5-minute walk of a handful of restaurants in uptown. Year-round outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, rafting, snowshoeing, and skiing are easily accessible from this home, especially since Lake Pagosa is 5 minutes away and Wolf Creek Ski Area is 30 minutes north! Access the community activity center complete with pool, spa, gym, racquetball courts and more.

Nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood surrounded by pine trees, this home is an ideal Colorado retreat for a relaxing alpine getaway. While on the back deck, you might even see wildlife that wanders through the greenbelt behind this property!

A stone gas fireplace serves as the focal point of the open-concept living room in this 1500-square-foot home. Turn on the flat-screen cable TV to search for your favorite shows or catch up on the news.

This is a wonderful home. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were well stocked with all the essentials. We loved sitting on the back patio, and enjoyed the daily deer visits. It is a quiet, pleasant neighborhood, with restaurants, a grocery, and Walmart very close. The only suggestion I might make is for a handrail for the stairs in the front of the house or the garage. We were traveling with elderly parents, so this wouldn't be an issue for most. This was an ideal location for the region's scenic train trips. We traveled one day to Durango and another to Chama. Mesa Verde was also a great day trip for us. We had a great trip and would definitely book this property again.

Another great week in Pagosa.

The weather was prefect, the construction wasn't as limiting as I thought it would be. Staying on the west side of Pagosa was better.

This was probably one of the nicest stays we have had since we started staying in VRBO's...House was very clean, about 7 minutes to the Hot Springs, 2 minutes from Walmart and about an hour to Lake Vallecito! Though we were worried about not having central AC, it was very cool in the house and didn't need it and we went at the end of July! This house was one of the best stocked houses as far as kitchen utensils and cookware, surprisingly well stocked spice cabinet...Lots of towels too. There was a gas grill that we used every night and also a charcoal grill...If we go back to Pagosa we will be searching out this place again!

Plenty in Pagosa

This served as our base for skiing at Wolf Creek. It was an excellant choice. Nice neighborhood, close to many ammenities. We got a big snow dump but the streets were cleared it time for us to get out .

Great house!

This was a great house. In a nice neighborhood and close to grocery store and other shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and had all the comforts of home! I would definitely recommend this house. Craig was very communicative. It was a perfect vacation!

Forest retreat

Our family loved staying at this lovely home in Pagosa. It was close to walking trails, restaurants and lots of other attractions. Our host was very helpful when we needed assistance getting the gas fire place started. Comfortable beds and I love cooking with gas!

Enjoyed our stay

We had an excellent stay in Pagosa! We loved the quiet neighborhood with deer everywhere. My favorite part of the trip was sitting on the back patio in the morning with 3 bucks laying in the grass not far away! The location can’t be beat, close to stores and restaurants without the traffic and congestion. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and spacious open living and dining area. There is no AC but this was not a problem at all with the windows all open at night and closed during the day. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we will absolutely try to stay here again if we come back.

Tidy home on a quiet street

We knew we were in a great place when we had a welcome committee of three bucks in the yard when we arrived. House was very tidy and well stocked. There were only four of us (two adult couples) and one Frenchie but the house could easily accommodate more. Great kitchen, convenient location, and super comfortable beds made this a nice place to stay.

Great Stay

Our family had a great stay over New Years for our ski trip. The house was exactly as advertised, with everything in working order. It was super nice to have a gas fireplace. So easy to turn on as opposed to buying wood and building a fire. Spacious garage was great to load/unload in out of the elements. Great restaurants just down the street. Two Chicks and a Hippie for breakfast and The Buck Stops Here for dinner. Neighborhood was quiet and very nice neighbors. Even though they knew we were there for just a weekend, they invited us over for their New Years Eve neighborhood hot cocoa. Beds were comfy too!
