PAGOSA SPRINGS

What a great rental! Brian and Robin are great people!! The views from the balcony were amazing the sunsets were also great. It’s about 8 miles out of town but the peace and tranquility are so worth it!!! We intend to contact the owners again to rent it again. We did leave a deck of cards and uno for the next people who rent. There is a book on the end table by the front door for you to write in about your stay. Brian and Robin THANKS for sharing your beautiful rental with us!!

What a great place to stay in Pagosa Springs! Just outside of town enough to feel like your in the mountains but clise enough to make a quick trip to town for supplies. The owners were great! Easy to get ahold of and and quick to respond! The house was adequately stocked with all the comforts of home. The hot tub was a great addition to the home! It was clean and in good running condition! I highly recommend this home over any hotel! Well be back!

Great location! Amazing views!

Our stay was great. Home was clean and ready to go when we got there! Jacuzzi and view were awesome. Only downside was you’re a little bit close to the owners who live on site but for the most part was pretty private.

Cozy & Clean

We had a wonderful stay! Brian and Robin (homeowners on site) were super accommodating. The home is very clean and well stocked with all the basics. Even though the cabin is near the owners home, it is private and you don’t even notice they are home. The hot tub was very clean although we didn’t have time to use it. The only downside was the bed was a bit squeaky so you just get used to the sound when you roll over! Great stay and we will be back!

Amazing Stay

Host couldn’t have been any better or friendlier. View was excellent and the cabin was in great shape. Location is not very far from town, but far enough out of the city to be quiet, not crowded, and lots of wildlife to watch.

Lovely Place

The place was perfect for a little getaway to Pagosa. The only issue was that the bunk beds were not very comfortable, especially the mattress on the bottom bunk. Other that we enjoyed everything about the place. The views were beautiful!

So stinking cute!

Brian was easy to commit with. We were looking for a mountain getaway, and that’s what we got! The place was clean, great views, had coffee and tea! The bed could use a mattress pad on top, but otherwise very happy with the place!

Great stay!

We had a great mini weekend get away. The house was cozy and warm. There is ample bedding, towels, dishes, pots, etc., excellent gas stove and huge refrigerator. I booked this home specifically for the hot tub and it will not disappoint. Brian, the onsight owner, was friendly and helpful. It’s important to note that this home is semi-private. The home sits about 80-100 ft behind the owners residence. It was very quiet and we had a good time but it really wasn’t enough privacy for us. Thanks Brian for your hospitality 😊

Adorable cabin apartment

Our stay here was great. The apartment is adorable and very cozy. The view of the mountains is fantastic for a sunrise or sunset. Brian was a great host easily accessible. Highly recommend this gem.

Pagosa Springs Gem

First off, the view from this property is amazing. Property owners on site made us feel welcome and would help us out with anything we needed. The home has really nice country style furnishings and the beds were comfortable. Heated by a nice wood stove style gas fireplace. The hot tub was great after a full day of snowboarding. Just a heads up, their driveway is a challenge in the winter months. We had an all-wheel drive and made it up most times. Aggressive tires or snow tires will do it with ease. Nonetheless, we parked off to the side at the bottom the few times it would not make it. Given the opportunity, I would definitely stay at The Cliff House again.

Lovely stay near Pagosa Springs

Pictures on the description were accurate. Loved the hot tub and eating at the outside table. Only quibble would be slow internet connection but cell service was good and we could respond to emails. Comfortable bed, great tvs. Setup would be nice for small family. Yes, we would stay here again. Beautiful views

Perfect family location

We had a wonderful time at the cabin! Robin was very responsive and helpful! The cabin was clean and had all the basics you could need including children's toys! Great location with beautiful views of the mountains and the hot tub was perfect at the end of a day of skiing! They have beach towels for the hot tub and a washer/dryer! Can’t wait to stay here again! Only one note is we went Spring Break and you definitely need a bigger car to make it up the driveway. We have a Toyota Highlander (not 4WD) but I’m not sure a regular car would make it. This is for winter and can’t comment on summer!

Great single family location

Love the location and view, and our boys loved sledding on the hill behind it. Be sure you have a 4WD in snow season, as the driveway is steep. The owners pay attention to detail and make it a five star stay.
