"Our stay at The Grandview Villa Dalat was fantastic. The room offered great view overlooking the city. Clean rooms & showers. We also had a breakfast included with the room. Nice & courteous staff, they had lots of information about the city. Over all a great stay. "

"My favorite villa in Da Lat, love the design of the villa. Clean and modern-looking."

But when the time I ‘ve arrived , they let me know they no longer has it available, they end of give me a smaller of homestay without pool for my kids! I was little disappointed! They’re not as honenest to the bookings! The place they give us not as bad! The service was good the lady was nice keep the place nice and cleaning! Iam really appreciate the help from her!"

"due to holiday, they stucked us on the basement with no a/c. We couldn’t open the door as it has Publlc access to the garden. the bathroom floor mat was filthy. No separate shower drain. I would never return here. "

"Terrible because the hotel staffs let us family of 18 people 6 family rooms stayed mostly at the basement level rooms with the rooms’ views are bricks surrounding. We asked for the higher level rooms but they said all the rooms have been reserved for the group tours of 30-50 people. In general, basements generally are not designed to make guests’ rooms but cars’ garages. "

"Owners are excellent, very helpful and hospitable"
