Welcome to Sutton place. We are a 4 bedroom and 2 bath house close to lake Powell, antelope canyon, horseshoe bend, and the Grand Canyon located in Page Arizona. The house provides 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 rooms both with queen size beds and a kids room that has a full futon and twin bunk bed set.

Our home is fully furnished with everything you will need to relax after the life changing experience that is northern Arizona. Don’t let our small quite town fool you! There is plenty to do once the sun goes down. Just a short walk from this house and you will land directly in the middle of all the action.

The home was clean and comfortable. We were actually surprised at the comfort of the beds. Plenty of parking for our two trucks and two boats. There was a laundry with some laundry pods which was extremely helpful! We had 4 adults and 6 children and there were plenty of beds for all. We would use this home again on our next trip!

Super séjour dans une maison très bien équipée. Nous étions huit. Cuisine fonctionnelle, grande table. Barbecue à l’extérieur avec table et chaise mais il fait très chaud durant la saison estivale. La climatisation fonctionne bien mais une chambre ne l’a pas. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Deux places de parking devant la maison comme annoncé. Quartier très calme aucune nuisances sonores durant notre séjour. Nous avons vraiment passé un moment très agréable comme à la maison.

Wonderful place to stay in Page. Conveniently located. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Nice enclosed back yard. Property manager was responsive to any needs. Would definitely stay again.

The property and hosts are amazing. A bargain at the price point. Imessaged the owners about low propane tank for the grill and a full one waa delivered before we returned from a hike. The home is very comfortable and in a great location.

Very Comfortable!

Don't let the outside of this house discourage you. The inside is nicely decorated and very comfortable! The kitchen area is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The location is great if you're visiting Lake Powell, the Colorado River, or North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The check-in process was easy. However, the number of beds isn't what is listed in the description. There are no bunkbeds which means there are 9 beds, but it worked out well for us because we ended up with 9 people instead of 10. The couch is large and comfortable so I suppose someone could sleep there. The only downside was that it was difficult to get responses from the owner when we had questions about the property prior to our arrival.

Adequate home in good location

House is spacious and adequate for a family. Plenty of space. Kitchen is well equipped. Host is readily available and responsive to needs. He quickly replaced damaged pots and pans during our stay and was open to a later check out when we first thought we might need one. It is an older house that could benefit from a deeper cleaning at some intervals between multiple rentals.

Property Was Double Booked

After receiving all the check in info from VRBO, I was pleasantly greated by a house full of people. The property owner seemed sincere at 1st and blamed VRBO for telling him I cancelled He promised to help me find another house but ghosted me after that. VRBO said he must have booked it also on Air B&B. VRBO took care of us and found hotel rooms for all of us and paid for the 1st night so we could figure out the rest of the trip. I am sure the house is fine. Be cautious when considering this house, double and triple check with the property owner well in advance so you don't walk in on a whole family staying at the house.

Our Stay here was wonderful. The rooms and beds were nice. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The kitchen had all necessary things for easy meals. The living room was comfortable. Location was excellent. Not just where Page is in relation to big attractions, but also where the house is located within Page. It's on a nice residential street. Close to restaurants and shopping. Definitely take a minute to eat at Big John's BBQ. it was some of the best I've ever had.
