Luxury Villa Exclusive Pag with a swimming pool, is located in the picturesque settlement of Bosana on the island of Pag, only 100 m away from the rocky beach and 5 km away from the town of Pag.

Luxury Villa Exclusive Pag lies on an enclosed estate covering an area of 1500 m2, while the villa itself has a surface area of 295 m2 and spreads over 3 floors: the ground floor, the first floor, and the second floor. The villa is suitable accommodation for 12 people - 15 pax.

The ground floor of Luxury Villa Exclusive Pag is comprised of a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with sitting furniture, and dining room with a modern table and chairs. The ground area also has a closed terrace with sitting furniture, where a large stone table and barbecue are situated.

The beautiful wooden staircase alongside a glass wall leads from the ground floor to the first floor of Villa Exclusive Pag, which consists of 5 modern and luxurious bedrooms and 4 spacious bathrooms with shower cabins. Three of these bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, one bedroom has two twin beds and the last one is a penthouse with a corner sofa and two separate beds. All of the bedrooms have access to balconies.

The second floor of Villa Exclusive Pag is occupied by a spacious living room, a fireplace, and a bathroom. This highest floor of the villa offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and Velebit Mountain.

Luxury Villa Exclusive Pag is fully air-conditioned and has central heating, a big swimming pool, and 7 parking spaces in the back area of the house.

Price includes: Change of towels every 7 days, Change of bed linen every 7 days, First, final cleaning and cleaning every 7 days, Pool maintenance every 7 days or upon request, Baby cot and high chair, WI FI, Tourist tax included, Outdoor parking place
