"The peoperty is in a great location, check in and check out were completely hassle free. The property itself was rwally clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. The washing machine was a godsend for a beach location like Cornwall. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with small children."

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"back of settee collapsed when autistc son on it, i repaired it, but it needs repair it is dangerous. I told sykes NO response very poor. Also implied is 2 minutes walk from beach is 8 minute drive at least. "

"Beautiful house, really tastefully decorated and with everything you could want for a relaxed holiday. It was spotless and a lovely welcome pack awaited us on our arrival.Really well equipped kitchen, and lots of books and a few games meant you felt like you were staying in a home away from home. Perfect for a weeks get away with my older parents, 8 year old son and lab. Great location just a few minutes walk to the town (via a little cut through at the end of the road opposite). We have already...

"After driving for 7 hours, arriving at the property, we struggle to contact the Host for the access/ key. After a lot of chase, the manager of holiday accommodations contacted the host and we were told our booking should have been cancelled. We could notice accommodation were occupied. WHERE DO I GO WITH KIDS AND OLD PEOPLE? NEVER WISH ANYONE TO EXPERIENCE IT."

The only downside is that we expected at least a gas pump, as every time we travel, and we only found a microwave, it was sad. "Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. "

"What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! "

"Lovely, modern, spacious apartment. Catered for everything, towels, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, even cling film! Only downside was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable but stunning view. Great communication from host too."
