"My wife really liked the rustic feel of the place and was impressed with how clean it was at the same time. For me, it felt like a retirement property that I’d had for years, it was very welcoming. We didn’t take advantage of the water (kayaks, fishing, etc..) but we had friends over and used the grill to cook. We’d take our dogs outside in the back of the house and there was never any problem. "My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for a few nights while I was in town for a work event. The property is conveniently located a short drive away from numerous family attractions which made it easy for us to create some good memories. We loved the hot tub with a very nice view of St. Louis. The only downside we found was the lack of privacy the master suite had from the rest of the house. "

"Great location. Felt safe the entire time with my three young sons with us. It is close to a highway, but if you’re use to the sound of traffic, you don’t notice it. But they also had box fans and sound machines to drown out the sound. Very thoughtful property owners to have a pack and play and baby gates available. Location was great because we were only minutes from the arch, Busch Stadium, and the zoo. The bedroom are very large and spacious. "

Ashley was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to questions.. the only negative was the noise of interstate traffic, but we knew about that in advance.. "We had a nice stay in the area, and we were looking for a reasonably priced lodging for the whole family. There are a couple inflatable mattresses included in case additional beds are required. The full kitchen was appreciated, as was the comfortable couch. Solid proximity to other businesses and towns. The property is a little tricky to spot from afar off the side of the road, but it's easy to see once you're near it (Google maps is helpful). Overall, a good stay & I would stay here again!"
