"ee un hotel de paso a les perhentiens es nuestra 2 vez en este Hotel y va a peor necesita una renovación urgente,un hotel muy grande los espacios comunes están bien pero las habitaciones están muy dejadas y sucias con manchas entodos los rincones de la habitación sabanas rotas toallas muy gastadas, y la limpieza diaria deja mucho que desear, el desayuno muy amplio pero para el cliente local y muy poca variedad para el resto, los empleados muy amables sobre todo el conserje es encantador"

Staff molto gentile e disponibile, infatti non essendo disponibile la nostra camera con finestra sul giardino, ci hanno fatto un upgrade con una camera suite molto spaziosa con letto molto comodo. Disponibile la colazione a un prezzo economico, ma che noi non avevamo. Unico piccolo neo, l’Hotel si trova su una strada trafficata, anche di domenica mattina, in quanto a Kota Bharu si lavora."

Wifi quite slow and bad connection. We use mobile hotspot to connect to the sharp android tv to get the channel. However the staff did send staff to fix it and only can connect to the tv. Other smarrphone and laptop cant connect at all. You must use own mobilespot to do your work task.
Master bedroom lock and toilet lock not working properly. Once lock, it quite difficult to unlock it back.
Toilet not clean and quite slippery even the floor was dry. We need clean it...
