Walk to San Pedro Beach - Remodeled Home - Fits 14

Location, location location. The coastal-inspired home offers guests 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. Just a 5 minute walk to San Pedro Beach, this home was fully remodeled in 2022 and is located in the peaceful Linda Mar neighborhood. A pool table and foosball table are part of the amenities for adults and children to enjoy. Other conveniences just a few blocks away include a Safeway supermarket, Starbucks, Soul Grinders coffee shop, and a shopping plaza with a variety of retail shops to choose from.

Known for its beaches, hiking, and annual Pacific Coast Fog Festival, Pacifica is a popular spot for surfers and outdoor enthusiasts, who are drawn to the city's rugged coastline and rolling hills. The city of approximately 38,000 is located north of Half Moon Bay along the coast and includes Linda Mar and Rockaway beaches. From the chilled-out surfer to the executive looking for a place to relax - it's all here (beach, surf, whale watching, fishing, mountain bike trails, farmers market, wine bar, restaurants, bus stop, etc.), and everybody loves it - you will see!

The Home

Perfect for biz travelers to SF tech conferences, off-site meetings, or family reunions or vacations! You have access the entire home except for 2 locked storage and supplies closets.

Other things to note;
- Guest should not congregate outside of the house between the hours of 9:30 pm and 8:30 am.
- Guests should never play loud music at a volume that can be heard by neighbors at any time. Neighbors should be respected at all times.
- Only guests named at booking are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction.
- We have 5 exterior security cameras monitoring the home, so please check your guest's count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Ask for approval, if you have visitors,
- Parking - The garage has been set up as a game room. All cars must be parked in the driveway and street (free parking) - 2 cars can be parked in the driveway and 3 cars can be parked on the street in front of the house and blocking the driveway.

Clean and comfortable house

We really enjoyed our stay for our small reunion with friends and their kids. Love that there was a large table for group dinners. Set up of the house was nice too since there is one bedroom upstairs that is a bit more private if needed. Walking distance to the beach and good takeout/delivery near by!

Great location, bring your own towels, fans

Great location. We loved walking to the beach and the short drive to hiking and biking trailheads. Fourteen of us squeezed into this home. There were enough beds and bedrooms but not enough dishes and silverware. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms and the hand soap bottles were almost all empty. Each guest was allowed one bath towel to use/reuse for three nights, so if you need a hair towel, bring your own. Every bed had a bottom sheet but no top sheet, just the duvet cover. If you stay in the summer, bring fans. The house does not have a/c and airflow is pretty limited. We expected the temperature inside the home to drop when the outside temperature dropped, but the house stayed warm. The check-out instructions require guests to clean, dry and put away all of the dishes, not the typical start-the-dishwasher-before-you-go instructions, so leave lots of time on the morning you check out to get the kitchen ready for the next guests.

Great place for a large family or group.

We had a great experience for our 4 day weekend. We had a large group of friends for a 60th birthday party and had more than enough room For everyone to sleep. The host, Borja, was great from the get-go and very accommodating. The home is beautiful with updated flooring, Paint, appliances, and landscaping. Great location, close to grocery store, beach, etc..

Big property and great location for a family reunion

There were adequate bedrooms and baths for our group of 5 adults and 8 kids. Everything was clean. It was within walking distance of the beach. Small glitch at check in which was resolved. Also would recommend the host stock more garbage bags, some basic cooking items (spices, etc.). My family brought in a professional chef to cook a special birthday dinner...he brought everything he needed. Thanks...would love to go back some time!!!

Great place to stay

The house is remodeled and very cute! The kids loved the pool table and fuse ball in the garage. The washer and dryer were also nice! There were 4 camp chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board for the beach, which was about a 10 minute walk.

Pristine, beautiful home in laid-back neighborhood

What a lovely home! The entire property was spotless, very new-feeling and meticulously maintained. The photos in the online listing are very accurate - it really is that perfect! Our teens LOVED the pool table and fussball table in the garage. Bo was a gracious host who responded quickly to our questions via text. The neighborhood is quiet and modest, and the neighbors were friendly. The only correction to note is that the walk to the beach is slightly longer than the five minutes stated in the property description. Google Maps calls it an 11 minute walk to the closest corner of the beach parking lot or 13 minutes to the sand. With our slower group of adults, teens and one three year old it took about 15 minutes to walk to the beach parking lot and another 5 minutes to our spot on the sand. We were still thrilled, though, to be able to walk there and not have to try to park our car at the beach. This is a wonderful home - we would love to stay here again in the future.
