Since the neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood, we have to enforce below house rules to respect the community.

- No events or parties allowed.

- Only guests named at booking are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Ask for approval, if you have visitors.

- Groups of visitors, or party size visitors are not allowed.

- Guests should not spend time outside of the house between the quiet hours of 9:00 pm and 9:00 am. Garage Laundry Room and Outdoor Chairs Should not be used during quiet hours. Neighbor will call police if any disturbance occurs.

- Guests are not allowed to play music or make loud noise outside of the house at ANY TIME (Pacifica City Ordinance). Neighbor will call police if any disturbance occurs.

-Any drug use, including marijuana is prohibited. Cigarette smoking is not allowed inside the house, you may smoke in designated smoking areas in the backyard of the house, but not in the side yard.

- Report any damage to us immediately. so We can arrange for its replacement or repairs.

- Garbage Bins take out on Monday’s evening, bring back on Tuesday after emptied. Otherwise, A dumping fee of $50 will be charged after your stay.

- Please make sure Heat is turned off after leaving the house every time and during final checkout. An energy charge of $50 will be charged for each occurrence.

Everything was perfect! The house was just as described. It was very clean and everything seemed new. The bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms had large closets.Communication could not have been better.We loved the location: the beach and shopping center with a grocery store were just a few blocks away.The next time we stay in Pacifica, I hope this rental is available!

This was our second stay at this property and will keep coming back! Checking in and out was easy, and the host was very easy to get in touch with. The house is walking distance to beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping- not to mention the post office, banks, and convenience stores which made it a true home away from home. It's also a short drive to the airport and downtown San Francisco, as well as having easy access to the PCH to some exploring to Santa Cruz or Monterey. Pacifica (especially Linda Mar) is one of the most underrated areas in Northern California, and this property lets you take advantage of it all!

Wedding Anniversary Trip

We booked this place for a 3 year wedding anniversary trip. Bella, the owner did not disappoint as the house was very clean and tidy. We appreciated that she provided snacks and drinks. We did not mind the house rules. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay. :)

Fantastic property, super clean, quiet and has all the amenities. Brand new kitchen and appliances, brand new bathroom and shower. All family members agreed beds were extremely confortable, rooms look new too. Good sized backyard with patio and washer/dryer in garage. Pacifica is a quiet beach community with gorgeous views, was recommended by friends living in SF. Only 0.4miles from the beach/0.3miles from shopping center with good food and coffee shops/30min drive downtown SF. Bella is a great host, super responsive and courteous. Highly recommend!

Great place

Owner did a wonderful job communicating about property and answering all questions we had. We brought our young family and enjoyed the time on the beaches near by. The town does seem a little strict with the warnings about quiet hours and neighbors calling the police for violations of quiet hours. This added some stress for us on keeping our kids quiet, but we had no incidents.

Perfect getaway

The property is conveniently located within a short walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach - it was perfect for our group. One bath is a bit tight when more than 4 stay. A grill would be awesome.

Just right!

This location was all it was presented to be. It was clean, uncluttered, spacious, and convenient. It was in close proximity to the beach, the stores, and a short distance to SF. The host was very gracious to leave an assortment of morning drinks and quick appetite fixers, as well as a tray of dry goods and bars to snack on. My adult children enjoyed playing ping pong in the garage area. Plenty of room to hang out and a comfortable couch to relax on. It was a great experience that I would look forward to doing again. The only downfall was one bathroom for all guests. The purpose of my visit was my son’s wedding. So, that did make it a bit challenging. However, I knew that when booking and we made it work! Easy and delightful overall!

Excellent stay. Close to SF. Walking distance to beach and grocery.

Place was excellent... just as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and owner quickly responded to all questions. House is in a quiet neighborhood within a 20 minute drive to downtown SF and walking distance to the beach and grocery store. House was well equipped for our stay. Had everything needed to cook and provided plenty of towels for our stay. Would certainly book this property again!

Home away from home

A cute and cheery little house in a quiet neighborhood so close to the beach! My favorite thing about it is its location. We live just on the other side of the bay but decided to stay on the coast for 3 nights while our kid attended surf camp at the beach. Beach is an easy 10-minute walk away. We pretty much walked every day to everywhere! To coffee shop, grocery store, ice cream, the cutest destination Taco Bell Cantina, and the scenic short trail to dinner in Rockaway Beach. The only drive we took was to surprisingly really good fish and chips on the north end of Pacifica; my English husband approved! The house itself is clean and very well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beddings were so cozy and comfortable—I want them for our house. Though we didn’t need it, access to a washer and dryer was nice to have “just in case”. My husband and I were able to work remotely with wifi. There was also plenty other extras. Overhead lighting was bright, almost too bright in the common areas! Plenty of natural light in every room during the day from all the large windows, which I also really liked. I can be obsessive about controlling light with blinds. The one thing we weren’t used to was light coming through back bedrooms at sunrise with closed blinds. We’re not morning people AND it was particularly sunny during our stay. I didn’t know anything about Pacifica at all until this stay. I’d definitely recommend this house and location to friends and family.
